I am at the beginning of the process of looking for a new/used vehicle. I stopped by Kuni Honda a few days ago and had an excellent experience. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me 4-5 vehicles that matched my preferences and I did get to test drive one of them that day. Scott Conley, my salesman, took the time to understand my needs and recognized that I was looking at the wrong body style of car. He got me to then test drive a Civic coupe which felt substantial, with a ve needs and recognized that I was looking at the wrong body style of car. Jesse was very helpful. He pulled Carfax for us to view, along with the KBB and NADA values on the vehicle we purchased. We were ready to look at new pilots; we had used Kuni-Honda when we purchased our last pilot. We have always gotten exceptional customer service from employees whether it be in sales or service at Kuni-Honda when we purchased our last pilot. We have always gotten exceptional customer service from employees whether it be in sales or service at Kuni and so we went back for our new vehicle. Jesse Gonzales, our salesperson, was very professional and called to followup. My husband and I are very satisfied with the entire experience. Great car too! More
After arriving the bmw was not what it said on there internet listing had no Heated Seats! So after driving 5 hrs to buy a car I was a bit disappointed. After haggling back and forth and bring in there after market specialest I decided to have heated seats installed providing the car would be done the following morning at 9:00am as I was told by Jessi. Arriving the next day at 9:00 am Jessi-Chris were no where to be found and no one new where the car was. By 10:15 Jessi finally arrives and states the car had a problem and will not be finished until 11:00 or 11:15 being upset without any phone call from anybody and still had to drive 5 hrs home I said I would be back by noon to p/u the car. Again after arriving the car still not done. Finally by 2:00pm that day I was on my way. This dealership really needs to have all there sales people and managers take a coustomer relations course, they need to keep in mind that the customer is always right and work things out in a more polite manner instead of accusing me of coping an attitude. Also when you have a cash paying customer is it nessary to make them wait over an hour to finalize the deal? This was the worst auto buying experaiance I have ever done and will never go back. And Jessi needs to be terminated for his actions!!! Just had a good friend of mine ask about a volvo x60 at Kuni. I said it would be the worst experence you could go through! More
