The service representive was very helpful and after a series of questions had a good ideal of what was necessary to resolve the problem. Went in for regular maintenance and Chris Zimmerman and crew found my coolant leak! I was completely impressed with their ability to find it out in less than 30 minutes! What a great service advisor! Roberta was fabulous! I had a couple of frustrating experiences in the past, trying to get my van worked on, but she was able to clear everything up and took great care of me!
