I called for an oil change appt. and spoke to Melissa the receptionist in the service dept. by phone. She was so friendly, didn't rush me to get me off the phone and was easy to understand when I asked her q receptionist in the service dept. by phone. Directed me where to wait, that there were snacks and drinks available while I waited and the appprox. time the service would take. She even walked me out to my car part way, to esure I found it after the service. Very impressed on my end. This was the best customer service I've ever had.
