Slow to start, but glad I went there I recommend going into this dealership with a plan. I went in after setting up an appointment and the registration desk was empty. They told me to tak I recommend going into this dealership with a plan. I went in after setting up an appointment and the registration desk was empty. They told me to take a seat and I was ignored for a good 30 minutes. Just as I was about to leave, the best salesman I have met so far asked if anyone has talked to us yet. We said no, frustrated and planning to leave, but Ron took great care of us. we had test driven many cars and I wasn't in a rush to get this one, but once we test drove it, we knew it was the one. Ron let us drive it up a hill (we asked specifically for this) and through different areas so we could feel how the car did in traffic and on smaller roads with curves. Once I decided this was my car, the process was a breeze. Everyone was friendly and assured me that if there are issues I can bring it back within the 3 day window. When it came time to financing, Ben helped me by matching a rate that I was quoted elsewhere. He took his time to answer all my questions. Ron and Ben really made the experience go from slow and almost nonexistent to fantastic. I love my new car, and i would definitely go back to Kuni Honda. More
