My vehicle was totalled in an accident on a Monday morning so I was in need of a new vehicle as soon as possible. I went to Kuni Honda that Thursday & worked with Justin to find a new vehicle. This was roughly the 10th car I have purchased from a car dealership & to be honest, this is the first time I left the dealership feeling totally confident about my purchase with no buyers remorse. Jesse did a good job addressing our concerns and needs while purchasing our new vehicle. As a long time Honda owner and Kuni buyer I was pretty surprised when our vehicle was not ready when promised and while purchasing our new vehicle. We were told 10am and after 2 1/2 hours waiting we finally received our vehicle with no clear explanation or apology. We understand the vehicle was not ready on Saturday when we signed all the paperwork due to some body work that needed to be taken care of, however, we would expect because of the delay to receive a phone call or update on the status of our vehicle. When you purchase a vehicle you want quality service and a plesant experience. It's sad to feel like after the sale you are just left out hanging in the breeze. More

I expected to be paying more for everything that was done. I'm really happy with the service and the time frame I was promised not to mention the cost! Chris handled all my concerns and questions. This is my 2nd purchase from Kuni Honda. I am very satisfied with the level of customer service that was provided. Larry was great with our children while test driving and was able to provide us with detailed information about the Pilots. When I took posession of my Honday Pilot it was very clean. The detail team is amazing! I love it when I take my vehicles in to Kuni for routine oil changes or inspections, they always give it a wash. They make you comfortable and offer snacks. New for Kuni is that they give you a free detail 3 times a year. I strongly recommend Kuni. More
I went in for an oil change and left with a new car! I ended up going for a test drive instead of reading the book I brought to kill the time while waiting for my car to get serviced. Larry Mendez offered to get the new Honda Crosstour, which I told him I loved, to take for a test drive. I hadn't ever driven one but loved the look of the car. So we went for a ride. Of course I loved the car. Larry mentioned that they had a couple of used ones on the lot. I couldn't believe the condition of the one I ended up with. It looks brand new! Larry was very friendly and charming, not to mention very funny. I ended up spending the whole day there. When I told Larry that I was needing to leave soon because I was hungry, we ended up going for a test drive with the used car that I actually bought, and he treated me to lunch! I think he was really hungry too. We went back and crunched numbers with Omar, the numbers guy. I really felt like Larry was on my side and was really working on my behalf to get me the best deal. Honestly, I didn't feel pressured. The car sold itself. After the shock of my purchase, I must say I am loving my new Crosstour. I have just come from California and needed work on my 2004 Honda. Chris listened to my needs when I dropped it off. Then found the problems and called me in the AM. When I talked with my husband and I told him his response was negative due to the cost was high and we were moving and just could not afford all of the work right now so Chris was as kind to me as when I first met him. After about fifteen minutes my husband called me back from California and asked me to speak to the gentleman again and ask him to do what was "broke" right now and then when I called Chris back he even gave me the discount and was very kind. Very nice man and great employee for your company! Got my car back the day we planned it to be ready. More
