We were clear that we were ready to make a purchase with or without a trade-in and were open to several models of vehicles. The salespeople didn't listen and I even started giving out my own business cards with the vehicles we were interested in written on the back. It wasn't until we arrived at Kuni Honda did things turn around from the moment we arrived. It was a busy day but we were greeted immediately and told a salesperson would be with us shortly. Justin sat down with us and took notes as we discussed our needs. He really listened, was professional and covered everything with us. He found the perfect vehicle for us which we purchased that night. We are very pleased with the vehicle and our experience and will recommend Kuni and Justin to our friends and family. Thanks Justin! I have not purchased a new vehicle for 20 years - generally because I don't care for the wheeling and dealing and price haggling long associated with car buying. However, my recent experience buying a new 2012 Honda Pilot EX-L at Kuni Honda may have changed my mind about car buying. I had a very good experience dealing with Product Specialist, Cameron Morris. He was very pleasant, courteous, and not pushy in any way. A winning factor in working with Cameron is he remembered his job was to help the customer. The focus was on the auto selection and what the customer would prefer. All too often sales representatives will talk about themselves (this is not helpful). Cameron helped to make the whole car buying process as easy as 1-2-3. Now-a-days with so much information available on the Internet there is a certain about of pre-price shopping readily available. We compared prices on the Internet and with the other auto dealerships in the area. Kuni Honda was the only dealership willing to match a quote from another dealership, and even better the final price for the new Honda Pilot. Since I live out of town and needed to return soon, the Service Department was very accommodating with my schedule to prepare the new car with the extra accessories in good time. Also, noticeable was the overall cleanliness of the the Showroom and Service area. It was a pleasure doing business with Kuni Honda. More

I trust the Kuni Honda service department because of the very high quality of their work. The service consultants at Kuni Honda are exceptionally courteous and respectful. They listen to my concerns about my vehicle and answer all questions that I might have. I appreciate that the results of the comprehensive Kuni Honda Courtesy Inspection are ranked as to what items need to be taken care of immediatly and what repairs will be upcoming due to normal wear and tear on a vehicle. The information supplied helps me to more accurately budget for the maintenance of my Honda CRV. During my most recent visit Chris Zimmerman professionally explained additional service items that were discovered during the Kuni Honda Courtesy Inspection. He answered my questions thoroughly so that I could make an informed decision about the repairs. Chris was also very considerate of my schedule and made sure the repairs were completed in a very timely manner. My eleven year old Honda CRV is in excellent condition thanks to the outstanding service department at Kuni Honda. More

The service advisor that I worked with (Chris) greeted me at the car, there was a good discussion on the desired and recommended services and I encountered no delays. Very good follow-up on their part when they encountered additional valid serivce items that needed to be addressed. They were prompt, thorough and efficient in performing the tasks and provided me excellent and detailed information on all items (e.g tire tread depth, brake pad thickness, before and after wheel alignment information, etc.). The car was clean and ready, and the staff throughout was friendly and helpful. This has consistently been the case in all my interactions with Kuni Honda. We have two Hondas and expect to bring them to Kuni for service always, as I am comfortale with the quality of their work and their professionalism. More
