My primary concern was how the car handled on snow and ice. The first thing he did was direct me to an empty snow-packed parking lot where I could test the car's AWD and ABS. I was very impressed with how the car handled and felt more confident having actually tested it in the snow. George truly tried to find a match for us based on our wants and needs. He found us a used car that was slightly over our desired amount, but the low mileage made it a very good deal for us. I'm sure we'll enjoy this car for many years. I will definitely recommend Kuni-Honda and George Lee to my friends. More

I had been going to Kuni with my Honda Accord since I moved to the Denver area. I had been very pleased with the service there, so when I started looking for a replacement SUV, I kept an eye on their we moved to the Denver area. When a car that I was interested in showed up, I contacted the dealer, made and appointment to see it, etc. I was impressed with George's knowledge of the model (it was an Acura), and he also showed me other options that were lower price. I opted for the Acura, and we finalized the sale. I was happy with the price of my new (used) vehicle, but not as pleased with my trade value. However, I knew it would be lower than expected...just not that low. My only small issues where these: I traded in my car with a full tank of gas, however my new (used) vehicle only had about 1/4 tank and I had to fill up the next day. Also, one of my remotes does not work and when I called and told my sales person, I was told that the Service Department "may" be able to help me, but they don't sell batteries and I would be best to go to WalMart. The service here is always great. The last time that I was in I was in for an oil change, and it took longer than usual. I was there for about an hour and 15 minutes to get my oil changed. The length of time it took to get the service done was a bit frustrating. When I checked in she asked what I usually pay for an oil change, and I let her know it is usually around $45. When I was checking out she let me know that the car that I drive requires a semi-synthetic, and that it is usually around $60 for my oil change. Since she had quoted me $45 to begin with, she gave me the price that she quoted. That was a nice touch, and helped make up for the time it took to complete the service. More
