This dealer is definitely heading in the WRONG direction. I've gone there for years, but the last 2 visits have been textbook examples of lousy service. I was working with a Service Writer named BILL the las I've gone there for years, but the last 2 visits have been textbook examples of lousy service. I was working with a Service Writer named BILL the last time, and he may have been the single least competant person I've ever dealt with in the auto industry. He promised to call me by early afternoon with an estimate, hadn't called by 5, so I called him. He said he was swamped and would call me back in 10 minutes. 45 minutes went by so I called back and he had left for the day. NONE of the work had of course been started. It was a simple job that took over 2 days to finish. Then, yesterday, I brought my Odyssey in for what I knew was the 2nd trannie failure in 200,000 miles. They confirmed this, and then Roberta told my wife it was due to the fact we had a trailer hitch on the van!!! She even said "It's in the Owners Manual and you need to read it". Never mind that it's a Harbor Freight U-Build trailer that weighs 200 lbs. and the only thing I carry in it is a Honda Mower! My family weighs 3 times more than the combined weight of the trailer, and Kuni never said a darn thing about the trailer after the FIRST transmission failure. Roberta was looking to pass the blame for a patently lousy product (Honda LOST a 90 million dollar lawsuit in 2007 for the crummy trannies they put in Odysseys between 1999 and 2001-mine's a 2000)onto us, without so much as questioning WHAT we towed behind it. If she would have bothered to read it herself, she would have found that WITHOUT a transmission oil cooler the max towing weight is 2,000 lbs. I think I'm good with my little 250 pound loaded trailer with NO passengers inside. Bottom line is, Kuni is more interested in covering their products obvious inadequencies than doing the right thing. This is my 1st Honda and my last, both because of Honda's dishonesty AND Kuni's inability to grasp the problem at hand. I've already looked at a Mazda CX-9 and a Hyundai Veracruz. One thing's for certain. Honda and Kuni lost my good will forever, and I'll tell a thousand people about it. More

Unfortunately my 2010 Honda Pilot does not seem to be assembled very well. I have had numerous loose and vibrating parts on this vehicle since day 1 (not purchased at Kuni). Fortunately, the service peop assembled very well. I have had numerous loose and vibrating parts on this vehicle since day 1 (not purchased at Kuni). Fortunately, the service people at Kuni have been very sympathetic with my situation and have continued to keep my faith in Honda in general by providing me with extra care and great service every time I have had to come in (numerous over the past two years since purchase). They have made a frustrating situation very tolerable. Thank you. More

I was in the area and I came in about 4:30 regarding a recall notice to upgrade some software for my transmission. I also asked if I could squeeze in an oil change. Roberta took control and made sure th recall notice to upgrade some software for my transmission. I also asked if I could squeeze in an oil change. Roberta took control and made sure that both of my service needs were taken care of by the closing time of 6:00. She was very friendly, personable and knowledgable about technical service issues and the time frames necessary to complete the tasks. I've been coming into Kuni since I bought my car there in 2005. I'll continue to visit due to excellent customer service. More

Everyone was so nice and answered every question I had. I had to wait for about 5 hours to get my vehicle ready and my dealer sat with me and spoke with me the whole time. When we started looking for a new car, we spent the day at different dealerships test driving the cars we knew we were interested in owning. We went to Kuni to test drive a Honda Pilot EX or EX-L. The gent at different dealerships test driving the cars we knew we were interested in owning. We went to Kuni to test drive a Honda Pilot EX or EX-L. The gentlemen at Kuni were polite, listened to what we wanted, didn't try to steer our interest towards any other cars, and we had a good test driving experience. Larry was very friendly, patient with our kiddos, and was not pushy in any way. After our test drive, we let then know that we were not ready to make a decision yet (we still had another vehicle of interest to test), and other than verifying our contact information, did not try to detain us, nor did they try to push a sale on us that day. I brought the vehicle that we would be trading in a few days later for an appraisal, and that process was fairly quick and painless. We made an appointment to come in a few days later to talk about "the numbers", and that was also done quickly and painlessly, and we drove away in a new vehicle. The buying process was low-stress, and once again, everyone was patient with us and our kiddos, and made sure we were comfortable with the entire process. More
