Dear Mr. Sherman, First I want to Thank You for your feedback. It allows us the opportunity to review our process and our people for areas of improvement. I regret that to date, we have not been able to resolve your service concerns with you directly. I respect your right to not have any further communication with you. However, I would like to address your review. With reference to your first service concern when you brought your car in for service and did not receive a call back as promised. We have restated to our service team the importance of timely communication with our guests. We have a revised process so this does not happen in the future for you or any of our other guests. Bill is a long time professional in the service business with a loyal following, would it be fair to say, he may have had an off day? The "2nd transmission failure in 200,000 miles" is not related to the original class action suit with Honda. You received that concession in 2007 at 116,000 miles. Transmissions have a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. If replaced, the warranty of the replacement is 12 months or 12,000 miles. I am not aware of any car maker or model of car that carries a "lifetime warranty". Your vehicle is 11 years old with over 200,000 miles.
