Thank you to Bill Craft for an excellent customer service experience. While I wasn't expecting the service that needed to be done nor to pay the price that the service cost, I was pleased and thankful to Bil experience. He took the time to explain to me my questions and concerns and to physically demonstrate to me what was wrong with my vehicle. Mike was very friendly and helpful. The mechanic also called to double-check that I wanted the battery replaced. Everything was done on time and correctly the 1st time. I think there should be a way to reserve the car until the weekend, so you could come in when you can. Instead we were told, that they would not hold car, and they will give it away if someone else wanted the weekend, so you could come in when you can. My husband was pleased when I told him about the minor repairs (tire rotation, brake fluid replaced, and transmission serviced) because we are driving this car nearly 2000 miles on a trip for Thanksgiving. I really like that service managers like Mike recommend things to be done but do not pressure people to do them. We drivers can't notice everything. The technician, I wish I could remember his name, was also very courteous. Everyone at Kuni Honda is super friendly and helpful to customers. More
Kuni provided an overall positive experience. The highlight of our experience was the salesman was excellent. The one thing that could be improved on is the efficiency of getting customers through the entire buying process. Having two young kids with us made is a little bit challenging. We were there all day we spent hours waiting for numbers to be approved and finance to be ready to see us. That aside, it was a great car-buying experience. More
