Flavius is a deal breaker and a very poor salesman. He made an appointment the next day for a test drive (instead of today), and when I asked for an 8am time, he wanted a 10am appointment as it fit his sc made an appointment the next day for a test drive (instead of today), and when I asked for an 8am time, he wanted a 10am appointment as it fit his schedule better. I came in late for my appointment (as I had difficulty in locating my trade title) and he was just closing the sale on the very car I planned to test drive and buy!! Georgia on the other hand took this very angry and frustrated soon to be ex-customer and turned a difficult situation into a sale. No pressure from her, she heard me and helped me look at cars that were excellent values and met all my requirements. After I decided on a car that lacked one of my dealbreakers (no cruise control)she helped negotiate getting cruise control put on the car. If I had to be critical at all about Georgia I would say that she should have lied to me and said that she was a raging Manchester United fan, instead of a Liverpool fan. :) Small price to pay for good service. You would be well advised to avoid Flavius, and talk to Georgia instead. More

took my car in to get repaired, repair ended up being more extensive than just a simple oil change. They talked me through all the repairs and tried to add coupons to get me some discounts. My husband and I first visited Kuni Honda this past July; however, we did not buy a car from them. When it was time to buy a new car for my husband, we remembered the incredible service we had received from however, we did not buy a car from them. When it was time to buy a new car for my husband, we remembered the incredible service we had received from Kuni this summer, so we decided to begin our car shopping there. We were greeted by product specialist, Jim Getson, who immediately took note of our needs, wants, and price range. He directed us to a 2006 Honda Accord ExL which was previously owed by a Kuni customer, and was a Kuni Certified used vehicle. Jim had an extensive of the vehicle's history and maintenance, as well as the make and model. He answered all of our questions about the vehicle and the purchasing process thoroughly. We never felt pressured or forced into purchasing the car, and felt in control of the buying process. When we decided to purchase the car, we worked with Raul Villreal who, like Jim, was thorough in answering our questions and guided us through the financing process. We decided to purchase and extended warranty, as we have used one in the past, and Raul explained how the warranty worked, what was covered, and the cost. When it came time to sign the final papers, we were pleasantly surprised that we were receiving a lower interest rate on our loan than we were originally told! We were treated very well by the entire staff, and we both noticed how the staff seemed to have a lot of pride in their business. We would recommend Kuni Honda to anyone buying a car. More
Jim made my experience ENJOYABLE. I have only had negative experiences buying vehicles in the past and this one rates off the charts. I told George what I wanted,a 2011 Pilot for my mother, the price I was looking for and what I needed for a trade-in. I also told him that two other dealers had tried to rip her and me off, and that I was the price I was looking for and what I needed for a trade-in. George was professional, no-nonsense fast, and got me the deal and the trade-in I wanted and needed to make a deal. My mother loves her Pilot, we both loved the price, and for once an auto buying experience was fun rather than painful. George helped me further when I had a problem with one of the keys not being for the vehicle and I am confident that will be taken care of shortly too. Can't imagine settling for any other dealership experience and although I'm now not in the market for a car, when I am, George is the man..... More
