Good Morning Mr. Barlow, Thank you for speaking with me about your sales experience with Kuni Honda. I understand your initial frustration with thinking an appointment to consider the car of interest as your having the first right of refusal. The fact is, if a guest comes in before you and does purchase the car, it is their car. From my conversation with you, I recognize areas we could improve upon. These are those areas. 1. We would impress upon you and, be available to you, to come in shortly after your inquiry eliminating as much as possible anyone else to come in on the same car. 2. Thank you for recognizing that you were late for your 10:00am appointment. The reason does not change the time lapse which gave the other person the advantage on the car. 3. Flavius is not to blame in this situation, this is why. A Pre Owned Manager got Flavius to help with a guest. Flavius was not in a position to refuse taking care of a any guest. The fact that it was a car you had an appointment on and the appoinment is with Flavius might be aggravating however, it would not change your situation if that person were buying the car from another Product Presenter or not. 4. In my conversation with you from my fact finding, you did confirm,you did in fact take the car on a test drive (the number one qualifier if you are on the right vehicle for you) and your decison was that you did not like the car anyway. Mr. Barlow, I am pleased to know that Georgina was wonderful in getting you taken care of. I will ask you please to not take your frustration out on Flavius. Flavius is not to blame. We have taken steps to improve our "setting the proper expectation" when making appointments. This will insure that you or anyone else does not feel like a car is taken away from them when they have an appointment. Please be so kind to reconsider your review on Flavius as the only thing he could have improved upon was setting the proper expectation with you for your appointment. Bottom line is that Flavius scheduled the appointment for HIS convienence, and didn't offer to test drive the car with me the night before, because it was not convienent to him. When I asked for an 8am appointment, he asked for a 10am, since he didn't come in until then. It is irrevelent who is to blame, Kuni can deflect it any way they what. Bottom line - if you want a straight shooter talk to Georgina...she won't schedule a test drive to her convienence, but to yours.
