My husband and I had found a used Acura via cars.com at Kuni Honda, and we took it for a test drive on a Saturday. A lack-luster Flavius helped us that day, and I returned on Monday to finish the purchase of the car (without my husband). Flavius again attempted to help me, but was rude, inconsiderate, dishonest and condescending. I left angrily, but since the car was one we wanted, my husband talked me into returning and speaking with the used car sales managers. They were very helpful in getting me a new salesman, Jessie, and I was thoroughly impressed with him. He was friendly, accommodating, and willing to interact with my children. The only reason I stayed and purchased my Acura was because of Jessie. Milt walked me through the financing portion, and was helpful and very considerate. He is very professional and great at what he does! When I returned later this week to sign more paperwork, I was disappointed to see that Flavius still was there selling cars, and I would caution anyone in dealing with him. Dealing with Jessie and Milt was the highlight of my experience. Jessie even helped with securing my daughter's car seat after the purchase of my car! More

We had a gentlemen try to help us with something else, then he disappeared for quite a while. No one seemed concerned that we were just standing there lost in the middle of the showroom. My wife was ready to get in our car and drive home. Right about then Kevin in new car sales could see there was an issue and began to help us. This sale would not have happen if he hadn't come to the rescue. He listen to our problem we had already and worked to get us into another vehicle. It was a very nice experience working with Kevin, and will look him up again for future vehicle purchases. Thank You Kevin Bill & Cindy Clark More

Jim Getson gave us the most pleasant experience we've ever had at a car dealership! He is the opitome of what a car salesperson should be! We were visiting the dealership to get a brochure because the w ever had at a car dealership! He is the opitome of what a car salesperson should be! We were visiting the dealership to get a brochure because the website wasn't very user friendly when it comes to comparing models and brands. There was a backorder of brochures, and were about to walk out empty-handed, when Jim spoke up and said, "I know quite a bit about Hondas, may I help you?" He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and eventually led us to the lot to look at CRVs. When I voiced my concern about how most cars are designed for people that are over-weight, that have headrests that tilt too far forward, and force my head to tilt uncomfortably forward, he took the lead, and brought a headrest from another car to see if it would fit and be more comfortable. He did everything humanly possible to show outstanding customer service under the circumstances! Honestly, if it were not for the fact that I would have had to drive with a pillow behind my back to overcome the annoying tilt of the headrest, we would have bought a CRV simply because we were so impressed with Jim. Too bad that Honda's seats are so uncomfortable for slender people. In a few years, when we're looking at buying another new car, we will come back to check out the Hondas again. Hopefully the seats will be more suitable for someone with my build, because I greatly appreciate someone like Jim Getson who understands what outstanding customer service is, and I enjoy rewarding people like that. More
