I went in for an oil change and waited approx 1 hour, the waiting time flew by as I was busy using the computer and enjoying a cup of coffee. Several times someone walked by to say "someone will be right with you" and apologized for the delay. I've taken my Honda for all service work and have been treated well. Thanks! Gloria More

Jim Getson gave us the most pleasant experience we've ever had at a car dealership! He is the opitome of what a car salesperson should be! We were visiting the dealership to get a brochure because the w ever had at a car dealership! He is the opitome of what a car salesperson should be! We were visiting the dealership to get a brochure because the website wasn't very user friendly when it comes to comparing models and brands. There was a backorder of brochures, and were about to walk out empty-handed, when Jim spoke up and said, "I know quite a bit about Hondas, may I help you?" He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and eventually led us to the lot to look at CRVs. When I voiced my concern about how most cars are designed for people that are over-weight, that have headrests that tilt too far forward, and force my head to tilt uncomfortably forward, he took the lead, and brought a headrest from another car to see if it would fit and be more comfortable. He did everything humanly possible to show outstanding customer service under the circumstances! Honestly, if it were not for the fact that I would have had to drive with a pillow behind my back to overcome the annoying tilt of the headrest, we would have bought a CRV simply because we were so impressed with Jim. Too bad that Honda's seats are so uncomfortable for slender people. In a few years, when we're looking at buying another new car, we will come back to check out the Hondas again. Hopefully the seats will be more suitable for someone with my build, because I greatly appreciate someone like Jim Getson who understands what outstanding customer service is, and I enjoy rewarding people like that. More
I came to shop for a used car on a rainy Saturday afternoon with my boyfriend. When we arrived, Georgina was outside to meet us in the rain to shop for cars. Most dealers guided me in a direction I did not want to go- something way out of my price limit and therefore wasting my time. Georgina knew what I wanted and was able to take me on a test drive within 15 minutes. After this, we were able to sit right down and talk about my trade in and final pricing. I was very impressed with the respect I was given. I had not received this from any other dealer. Within 2 hours I was in my new Honda and very satisfied with how the transaction went. I would recommend this place to anyone. I also love the Free for Life program-awesome! More

Ryan Smith was the service representative that handled my appointment. He verified what services were scheduled and found that one that was recommended was not required or needed - money savings! There was a small interior part that I had forgot to mention when making my appointment. Ryan took care of ordering the part and personally showed me what was actually missing. Later, he called to inform me that the part was in and arranged for me to come back, at my convenience, to have the part installed.
