The customer service and friendliness of every one was great. They also answered all of my questions, several times, without showing their irritation. I don't care for dealerships because they always try great. They also answered all of my questions, several times, without showing their irritation. I don't care for dealerships because they always try to get as much money out of you as possible. This was my 8th time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and it has been my best experience so far with regard to customer service, our sales person was very good. I was very disappointed with the amount given for our trade-in. I knew they had a "Buy Back" promotion which offered up to $1500 over fair trade-in value on KBB and they gave me $1000 below fair trade-in value on KBB. Our trade-in had an average of 14k miles per year and a crack on one side of the rear bumper, everything else was in great condition including a brand new stereo, nothing that warranted giving us only $6,000 for it, $1000 BELOW FAIR VALUE. And now it's for sale on their website for over $11k! I know dealers need to make money but come on. I would've like another $1k for my trade-in. To their credit though, I was misquoted on the new vehicle by $800 less than the asking price and they honored it anyway. I was also very upset with the "Colorado Package" I was forced to buy for $899 plus the interest which included a windshield protectant (they described it as Rain-X on steroids), mud guards (which already came standard with the model vehicle I bought), all-weather floor mats (which I could've bought on-line for $150 with better quality), and nitrogen for the tires (which already came with the certified used vehicle we were purchasing). So now I own very expensive floor mats with sub-standard quality, they are very flimsy compared to what's available on the internet. This whole package is "pre installed" and marketed to look like value added to your vehicle but it's just a rip off and it should be illegal to force people to buy it. Update:I have lowered my customer service rating from great to ok because since I purchased my vehicle 5 days ago I have tried to contact our sales person and sales manager to address some issues and I haven't received a return phone call from either one of them. They were supposed to let us know who the financing is through, I still have no idea. They only gave us one key for the vehicle and told my wife that they could make us another one for $20. I think after being forced to purchase an $800 package for features we don't need, they could've at least provided us with a second key at no charge and we're still missing a piece of the all-weather floor mats that were included with the unwanted Colorado package. I have emailed and left 2 phone messages and still nothing. I am currently playing phone tag with the customer relations manager however, maybe she can light a fire underneath somebody. Update:The cusomer relations manager, Rena, and our sales rep, Jesse, both called me back together and went over all of my questions and concerns. The were very kind, courteous, and even though I didn't agree with everything that was said I could tell that they were trying to do everything possible to meet me in the middle. Jesse got approval to give us a second key and remote at no charge which I really appreciated. Rena was great at returning my calls and answering all my questions. Because of Jesse and Rena, I'm changing the customer service rating back to great. More
If you're looking for a Honda in the Denver area, I can highly recommend Kuni Honda in Centennial. We had our old Accord serviced at Ralph Schomp - which is much closer to us - but I didn't have a particu highly recommend Kuni Honda in Centennial. We had our old Accord serviced at Ralph Schomp - which is much closer to us - but I didn't have a particularly good feeling about buying a car from them to replace it. I drove an extra 30 minutes out of the way to see what Kuni Honda was like and was very impressed! This is definitely a dealership that complements Honda automobiles - they were very friendly about helping us get exactly the vehicle we wanted at a great price, and my wife *loves* her new Accord. I hope she doesn't need another one for another 10 years but the next time she does I'm going straight back to Kuni. More

Ryan Smith (Service Consultant) was very pleasant and professional to work with. All his time estimates and price estimates to get the work done on my car were spot on! There was a small issue with an i professional to work with. All his time estimates and price estimates to get the work done on my car were spot on! There was a small issue with an inexpensive part that was not included in his price quote, when I asked if he would take care of this because he gave me his word on the price quote, he took care of it. It's the small things like this that set these guys apart. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KUNI! Thanks Ryan. More
We went for a test drive on Friday of the 2011 Pilot. Larry Mendez was very helpful, was low pressure, and even helped entertained our three energetic children. Kuni negotiates fairly on pricing. There w Larry Mendez was very helpful, was low pressure, and even helped entertained our three energetic children. Kuni negotiates fairly on pricing. There were no hidden fees or deceptive sales practices that I have seen at other dealers (Yes, Medved, I am talking about you). They made me aware of the current promotions around financing and we took advantage of that... also a painless experience. I have bought from Ralph Schomp before, and I do like them as well, but Kuni is closer to my house and I thought I would give them a shot. I think highly of both dealers, but am really looking forward to taking advantage of the quarterly car details, free nitrogen refills and other perks at Kuni and highly recommend them. More
