For the I would never recommend this dealership. They simply didn't deliver what was promised. Once they make a sale, they don't care for helping you. For their Customer Service- if I could give only half a star, I would. To make the story short- we signed a lease for a new honda and one of the conditions was that the damage fee on our "old" honda would be waived. Sure enough we got a bill from Honda for damages within one week! I called Kuni Honda and waited to hear back, then again left a voicemail for the salesman, Jerry Johnson, we did not receive a return call. My husband ended up going in person where they tried to make it look like they had no recollection of the agreement. They said they would call the next afternoon and they did not happen! I had to call Honda Financial myself and resolved the issue which was not a problem- the fees were waived. They lost customers in us- in 3 years when this lease is up, we will be going back to Fisher Honda or even trying a new brand. We are also going to file a complaint with Honda Corp because a place like Kuni Honda is not fit to represnt such a good company! We should have read all the subpar reviews first before going to this dealership based on location. More
paid for oil change and tire rotation that was never done Took my 2016 Honda Pilot in for an oil change and tire rotation on my Friday off from work. I marked on my tires their location (i.e rf right front, rr right rear ect.) so I could keep track of the rotation pattern to keep it consistent for the next time. The next day being Saturday, went out to look our vehicles over and log the rotation pattern and noted they did not rotate the passenger side, only the driver side front to back and back to front. That took me by surprise that it was not done. I then checked all the engine fluids and oil. The oil was low at the bottom of the hash marks and was dirty. I thought I looked at it wrong, so I cleaned the dipstick, put it back in and checked it again. Same thing, bottom of the hash marks and dirty. I went back to the dealer right then and talked to Joe, ASST Service Manager. He agreed to give me a refund and service the car (I declined the service) and while he was getting my refund, the technician, Ethan, walked by so I asked him about it. He said he doesn't always rotate the tires if the wear looks even. I asked the the service advisor if he had heard of that or if that was right(since that's what I asked for) and he admitted he has never heard of that either. After I received my refund, I purchased an oil and filter and did it myself. Sure enough the oil I drained was black as coal and never done by the dealer. I took a picture of the old and new oil side by side to compare and emailed it to their customer relations who I have just spoken to. This is fraud, deceit and the most unethical blatant experience I can remember ever having. I was offered free services, a senior technician to do them and a guarantee it was an isolated incident. I will never go back for service or anything else, free or not. I am sure it is not isolated, Ethan just tried to pull a fast one on someone who pays attention and he got caught. For the sake of people who still use their services, hopefully he will not be working there anymore. For pictures of the dirty oil not changed by the dealer look up the review on yelp. More
Best experience ever! We were looking for a car for my daughter. They worked diligently to get her into a car she loves at a price we could afford. We went to several other dealers and they were no help whatsoever. Ralph, Melissa & Deidre went above and beyond to make my daughters first car buying experience a success!!! Thank you so much!!!! I would definitely recommend Kuni Honda and will look to them first for our next car buying experience! More
Horrible experience This dealership is not worth your time. They are unprofessional, rude and do not care about customer service. I hope you take your business elsewhere. Games, waiting, and false preapprovals I found the vehicle I wanted on their website, then applied for preapproval and was approved. After several follow up emails to a non-responsive internet sales rep, I was told they were busy with a conference call. Then to top it off, they didn’t want to give me a fair price on my trade NOR tell me how much they need down. They play the bait and switch game. No wonder online dealerships like Vroom are becoming so popular. More

I bought my car and had to return it because after my mechanic took a look, there was over $4,000 worth of work that would need to be done. There are so many other options of places to buy cars, I would highly suggest you shop else where. More

Kuni provided the entire service history, warranty information and the detailed the car before delivery. They even went to the extent of fixing a small scratch in the paint on the passengers side of the car. Love everything about the Kuni dealerships. More
Terrible Dealership/Terrible Customer Service So what a terrible dealership. We purchased the 2014 Honda CRV for our daughter. Just a day after taking the car home, it began losing air in a tire So what a terrible dealership. We purchased the 2014 Honda CRV for our daughter. Just a day after taking the car home, it began losing air in a tire. We brought it back it and after waiting for 2 hours, they claimed they couldn't find anything wrong. The next day the tire was flat and so we took it to Discount Tire who found the problem and fixed it immediately. We waited for weeks for the title to be sent to the Summit County clerk where we lived. It never arrived. After we contacted the dealership, they blamed it on the County losing the paperwork. The county did some research and learned that Kuni had sent the paperwork to Elbert County and had sent the other owner's paperwork to Summit County. Kuni apologized and promised us a free oil change, but when we made an appointment for our oil change after our daughter returned home (after graduating college), we were told there was a change of management and they could find no record of the problems or their promise of the free oil change. Just what kind of customer service is this. We contacted the customer service representative who then suggested we have our car serviced elsewhere. We are happy to do this, as this company is just a bunch of incompetent liars. More
Outstanding no pressure trustworthy buying Experience I wish I could give a higher rating because my experience at Kuni-Honda (spending about 8 hours onsite) was truly amazing. The interaction I had with I wish I could give a higher rating because my experience at Kuni-Honda (spending about 8 hours onsite) was truly amazing. The interaction I had with every person (particularly the rep, Natalia/Natasha Bologa and her manager, Ralph) made the car-buying experience very educational and satisfying, even though I returned the car I purchased within the generous 3 day period. I was comparison shopping gently used cars with advanced crash avoidance technology and went to Kuni Honda to test a used Ford Fusion Energi. For context, I am an AARP member who cannot figure out my iPhone. Natalia spent so much time with me (1) explaining the advanced tech features, even though she already was very knowledgeable on a non-Honda car; she even displayed youtube links about the features and walked me through those features on the car (even a second time), (2) she also went over all the details of the 119 point inspection to the point that we crawled around the tires to determine the date when they were manufactured; (3) more than the highly educational experience she provided, she listen to what my needs and interests were and she helped me think through my situation. Her manager Ralph combed through the fine-print warranty document explaining that the legal document indeed matched the claims in the brochure. I was sad to return the car, but the sudden drop in the stock market (first in over a year) caused me concern about depleting my emergency fund during retirement. When I returned the car, I sensed no hard feelings from anyone and Natalia, who genuinely expressed sympathy, even gave me a ride to the light rail. I had such a great overall experience at Kuni Honda, I will look for a car there, when I am more confident about my finances. I should mention that no one pressured me while I was shopping there to look at a Honda, though I can see they are good value cars just as this dealership is exceptionally trustworthy. More
Sales guy tried to force us After my brother looked at the 2017 Honda HRV first, the next day we went as a family to look at the car and buy. The sales guy Miguel was very pushy After my brother looked at the 2017 Honda HRV first, the next day we went as a family to look at the car and buy. The sales guy Miguel was very pushy. He thinks that he knew what is proper for us and try to force my brother to sign.He also showed us a commercial of the video he did in Spanish. We left that day telling him that we need to weigh our options as the price he was able to get us was over what we wanted to pay. After two days, they called us and told us there is a sale going on and we can come and look at cars. when the guy sees us, we told him we were told there is a sale. He insisted we buy the same car he showed us initially and sign the paper. When my brother told him that he wants to see if there is a sale and didn't want to sign for that car, he almost insulted him by saying that he is not coming there to buy a car and we are wasting his time.He is a very annoying sales guy who thinks that he knows better for the customer. It is hard to earn business this way! More
