This was not a pleasant car buying experience. At first we were told the car was sold when we arrive at the dealership, eventhough I had called 15 minutes before we arrived. The other party didn't back out of the deal until the following day. The day of the sale wasn't much better. After we agreed upon the price we had to wait 1.5 hours for the finance department, eventhough we were paying cash. The finance department tried really hard to sell us the extended warranty, eventhough we were interested. The dealer would not give us a copy of the warranty, they claimed it is in the computer, so they didn't need to give one. All in all it wasn't a very pleasant experience. There are much better dealers to work with. More
