Dear Valued Guest, It is unfortunate that you believed your only area of resolution was a public forum. It is equally important to all of Kuni Honda's Management Team to address any concerns via another manager, had we been aware of your frustration with "Doug not returning your call", we would have certainly picked up that ball and resolved this for you. It is my understanding that Doug did not intentionally not return your calls but, had issue with a new phone and did not get his messages timely. We have of course corrected that problem. Sir, it was never a lack of respect for you that we made the error that was made (of not holding a check as promised) it simply was going outside our own process (of NOT holding checks) that created this opportunity of a problem. I also understand from you, we did make it right and settled your concern. I do respect your choice to do business elswhere as it appears we still not have resolved your feeling of not being appreciated and respected therefore not earning your business. I do want you to know, we do respect and appreciate you as our customer. I will ask you to please update your review as you agreed to that, reflects our efforts to resolve your concerns. I do believe we earned that from you.
