I have been looking for a compact 4WD 4DR truck for several months now. I met George Lee when calling regarding an internet search for a trcuk they had posted on their site. I had other sales staff at other dealerships promise same, but George really followed up. Twice afterwards, George called me back and this last time out he really had found "the one" for me. George was great to work with, shows great initiative and did not waste my time by having me come out and look at something that did not fall within my price range and complete my list of "must have" features. If not for George, I would still be searching websites, auto mags, and such, trying to find the perfect gently-used truck for me in my extremely scarce spare time. This is my first Honda and first time I have bought from a dealership in more than 20 years. I am really amazed at all the extras Kuni provides, like car washes and oil changes, even for a used car. I feel valued and spoiled and would be happy to repeat the experience here when my teenage son starts looking for that "first car" to drive. Thank you. More
I was absolutely dreading replacing my car that had just been totaled in an accident, and I of course dread the car dealership. It was by far the easiest and fastest car buying experience I have ever had. It really does help to use a certified car dealership as well, they were really knowledgable about the Honda brand, which was why I was there in the first place. This was an excellent car buying experience and I would return to Kuni again. More

She was very patient and made every effort to get me the information I needed. My experience felt OK until I met with the Financial Services Manager who was exerting pressure on me to buy 2 additional warranties. I was not given clear information initially about the cost of the warranties or financing options. After driving the Accord for 2 days I realized that I wasn't comfortable in a mid-sized car, and I contacted the office to inquire about exchanging the car for a smaller vehicle. I sat down with Kim and the Sales Manager to explain my rather unusual situation and to talk about options. The Sales Manager told me that they would try to make things right. Several days later I returned to test drive 2 more cars while my newly-acquired Accord was being "appraised." I found a Civic that I liked and began to talk numbers with the Sales Manager. The transaction took a turn for the worst when he informed me that they had appraised my Accord for trade-in, and they could offer me a trade-in allowance of $1800 less than what I had paid for the car 6 days earlier! This felt like a very unfair situation in which I had little power, and it didn't represent a good faith effort to remedy the situation. After much back and forth between the Kuni staff (and a couple of small concessions on their part), I decided to buy the Civic. I, unfortunately, took a big financial hit and walked away feeling taken advantage of financially. More

I had my 2 1/2 year old with me and one of the people that worked there (Craig Smith) offered to run to McDonalds and get my son some dinner because I said I would have to go soon since it was his dinner time. I filled out what paper work I needed, left and came back to finish it. They were very understanding and super easy to work with. I really felt like they cared about me and my son, rather then just selling me a car. I gave Kuni Honda 5's in every category because when I left there I genuinely felt like I had gotten the better deal. They kept adding in all of these things for free. I was expecting the original price to keep going up and it didn't. Driving my Honda I immediately realized why people keep them for so long, it's just a great car. I originally stopped by to check on a recall notice for my Accord. I talked with Mr. Christian about the recall who was very cordial. I had not made a decision on where I was going to take my vehicle for that service. Upon talking with Mr. Christian I made a decision to have the work done at Kuni Honda. Mr. Christian was professional and easy going in my contact with him. His friendliness and demeanor impressed me and he was easy to work with. This was the reason I chose Kuni Honda. More
I have been trying to buy a newer car for over a year and then I saw the Kuni ad on tv. I spoke to Pat on the phone and he was very pleasant and told me to come on in and give them a try. I worked with Milt then I saw the Kuni ad on tv. I spoke to Pat on the phone and he was very pleasant and told me to come on in and give them a try. I worked with Milt after Pat wanted him to take care of me due to my credit. Not only did I get a nice newer car but he even got me a lower interest rate. I love the car and am so very thankful for all the hard work Milt went to so that I could be approved. Pat checked in with me over the day and Milt stayed past his quitting time to help me. I now have a 2008 Nissan Sentra and am really enjoying it. Thank You Milt and Pat, you were a great help and I will be back for my next car. My service advisor, Shawn Butcher, was very thorough in his assesment of my service requirements and provided an comprehensive explanation after the service was completed.
