I purchased my Honda Fit from Burt Kuni in 2007. I went in a little overwhelmed about purchasing a car by myself but the sales people on the floor were professional and extremely nice. They remembered me when I had to return for paperwork - that's a big plus in my book. They treated me with respect, something that I did not receive when I was car shopping at other dealerships. I have recently returned for a recall and Audrey took care of us. She was extremely nice and professional. She even called me when my car was ready and left a very informative voicemail about action items on the car when I was unable to answer the phone. Once I picked up my car, I found that my car had been examined "head to toe" and was given a list of the items that needed some attention. The paperwork that contained this info was beyond my expectations. Easy to read and understand. This is my 3rd car buying experience from a dealership and hands down, this was the best one.
