Unfortunately we cannot reserve a particular vehicle without a commitment to buy the vehicle. Since you weren't sure you wanted to purchase the vehicle, and you were looking at different models and waiting for a better interest rate, we wanted to clarify that we could not secure the vehicle for a test drive only. We aim to be transparent throughout the car buying process.

If you aim to be transparent then you should never have told me the deposit gives me the right of first refusal, you should have explained up front, BEFORE I PUT IN A CREDIT APP, that you needed a commitment. This is an inappropriate response.

Mr Kim - we apologize that you feel that your experience with us has not been a positive one. Some of the phone conversations were cut short because you are not listed on the contract. It is not legal for us to speak with you in regards to details concerning cancellations, changes and payments. Once we were able to speak with your father, we moved forward with the cancellation of your warranty. The cancellation was submitted on August 1st. A refund from the warranty company may take up to 8 weeks.
