I searched the internet for a Previously Owned Certified Honda Pilot. A trusted friend highly recommended Kuni Honda. I hadn't purchased a car in years and wasn't sure what to expect. He addressed what was important to me. I already did the homework and knew Pilots were a great SUV. Beyond that, I wanted to have a warranty that would give me peace of mind. We talked about the very affordable warranties and I was able to get one that provided everything so that I no longer had to deal with car issues. In addition, he told me that since I was purchasing from Kuni Honda, I get free car detailing, tire rotation, etc for the life of my Honda. Yahoo. That means I will have a great looking car that works for years to come. I even had a fun time with the finance guy. My friend was right! More
Everything was great but the price. However, since this was the first time I've ever had service and it has 45,000 miles, it's not so bad. I have leased my last two cars from Burt Kuni. The service is the best. They are very friendly, professional, they take the time to answer all my questions and finish the job on time. The whole staff at Kuni is exceptional. I bought my Honda from them new in 2006, and unfortunately for them, my car never needs servicing because it's so reliable. Came in for a recall and decided to have scheuled maintenance done as well. Dealer is the closest to Elbert, but still a very far drive. Service was friendly and accomodating. Torri knew that I owned a Honda previously and that my mom actually made Hondas in Marysville, OH but he still took the time to explain why Hondas are such an amazing car. Even the financing team was helpful and kind. Buying a car after a total loss collision is never fun (or any other time) but Kuni made it a pleasing experience. I always have a good experience at Kuni Honda. This time in particular, I brought in my car to work on two recalls. He went above and beyond by not only helping me for what I came in for, but also informing me that based on the current recalls on my car, I could probably get a refund on the service. He was right! I am very grateful for people like Shawn, who exemplify the true meaning of good customer service. More
