I LOVE Kuni Honda!! The entire experience was AMAZING! It was my first time buying a car on my own and I was very nervous, but the entire team made us feel so welcome and helped calm my nerves. Pat Fogarty was extremely helpful.I met him while looking for cars on the internet and he kept me updated whenever they got a new vehicle in my price range. Pat even offered to pick me up, since I was new in for cars on the internet and he kept me updated whenever they got a new vehicle in my price range. Pat was great to work with. Spent lots of time with me talking over options and looking at their fleet of used cars. Even though I was not buying a new Honda, they never made it feel like this sale was n talking over options and looking at their fleet of used cars. Even though I was not buying a new Honda, they never made it feel like this sale was not important to them. I got a more than fair deal on my trade in and love the new car. Everyone on the team at Kuni-Honda is very helpful. This is the second car we have bought from them and have recommended them to friends as well. I only wish the paperwork was less time consuming (not the dealers fault) because after you make the decision all you want to do is get in the car and go. More

There was a bit of back-and-forth discussion regarding a previously discussed price. However, in the end the dealership honored the previously quoted price to the satisfaction of the customer. Dealership add-on work representative (Jeremy) was also very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. He took extra time to research add-on equipment for the three year-old vehicle purchased and even worked out reduced pricing to try to make the vehicle purchase as close to desired equipment level as possible. Customer liked the dealership's ability to find better financing options, but did not like the time required to complete the financing process itself. Thomas was very friendly (and humorous) during the tedious financing paperwork routine. However, the customer had pre-approved financing before going to the dealer, and found that financing paperwork took longer than desired to complete vehicle purchase (based on anticipated time when armed with pre-approved financing). Finally, dealership went out of its way to assist and allowed the customer to leave the vehicle on dealership property for a few days due to travel/weather/work delays until customer was able to get a ride back to the dealership from out of town. Overall satisfaction was very high and the customer will return to Kuni Honda for service and for potential future vehicle purchases. More
We found Mike very easy to deal with and he was very helpful in the description and cost of services to be provided for the repair of our Odyssey. This was our first visit to Kuni Honda and we were assisted by the service manager Alfred. We were not happy with a brake issue on our Accord, Alfred got involved and immediately my husband and I kne assisted by the service manager Alfred. George Lee was great, knowledgable, friendly, honest and willing to work with me. I would have him handle all my car needs. I could use less of the push on selling me extended warranties by the Finance Dept willing to work with me. I would have him handle all my car needs. DO NOT USE KUNI HONDA!! They will try to upsell you on everything.....Need an oil change...they'll come back and always say you need a new air filter and new wiper blades even if you yourself or them just everything.....Need an oil change...they'll come back and always say you need a new air filter and new wiper blades even if you yourself or them just replaced them!! I was sucker'd in once and never again. You will be constantly haggled for extended warranty until they are blue in the face. I will go out of state rather than give them the business. I went in for a radiator leak....they pressure tested and came back and said not under my extended warranty....$350 for part, $400 for labor. $100+/hr for labor. Also, they drained my coolant, didn't fill it up or wash my truck which they are supposed to do EVERYTIME and left me with an overheating engine on my way home which could have seriously damaged my vehicle. I called and called afterwards and no one ever called me back after I left multiple messages. Service said I would be allright (air pocket in radiator would fix itself) when I left....shish...not even close. Once again, DO NOT USE KUNI HONDA!! More

Sat down with Paul who answered all our questions and ended up leasing a new Odyssey. The leasing process was overall a good experience. Let's hope the maintenence experience is the same. More
