I called Kuni Honda on Arapahoe about a used Accord, I I called Kuni Honda on Arapahoe about a used Accord, I spoke with a gentleman named Torii on Friday about noon and scheduled a test drive at 9:30 th I called Kuni Honda on Arapahoe about a used Accord, I spoke with a gentleman named Torii on Friday about noon and scheduled a test drive at 9:30 the next Saturday morning. During that conversation I asked if the car was in good shape, Torii told me it was in great shape, just normal "wear and tear". When I got there the car was just starting to get washed and there were dents and broken body parts, ripped seats and according to carfax a broken engine mount. It looked really bad. Torii told me it was all "wear and tear". I made an offer (20% less) and was quickly ushered into a waiting room, and Torii told me it would be an hour before I could take a test drive. Then ten minutes later Torii came by and quickly told us we could go in a half an hour. At that point I left, in not a very good mood. Fast forward two days and a gentleman from Kuni called me (It caught me by surprise, I can't remember his name) and gave it his best shot to make things right. He did his best and if I had not bought another car less than an hour before he called I probably would have taken him up on his offer. I regret I had to deal with this Torii guy because the rest of Kuni Honda on Arapahoe seems like a good dealership. More

He explained everything that was being done to my van, and when an issue arose, he took the time to explore all the various options and c questions. He suggested several places that i could walk to since i was going to be waiting for the service to be completed at the location. He also explained all the amenities available in the waiting area.
