We really enjoyed working with George Lee. I had already researched information about this year, make and model as well as pricing online as well as through our auto insurance car buying program. We did not require financing options information for our purchase as we paid in cash. We were already aware of the Dealer's reputation as we have our 2002 Honda Odyssey serviced through this dealership. In addition, my parents purchased a 2010 Honda Odyssey through this dealership as well. I love love love my new civic. It is such a great car and Chuck Scavuzzo made it so easy to fall in love with. I wasnt sure what model of car I wanted, so Chuck let me look at and test drive anything that I was considering. He asked me what was most important and we made sure the Civic fit all of my needs AND all of my wants. He is the type of salesperson who doesnt make you feel like you are pressured to buy. He is upfront and Honest about everything. He also has several funny stories and jokes to tell along the way. He makes you feel like you have known him forever. He gave me a good understanding of what I wanted to know about, without all the crap I didnt care to know about! For my paperwork portion, I worked with Kurt. He was also very nice and informative. He wasnt nearly as entertaining as Chuck, but how can he be when his job is the boring paperwork that requires 900 autographs...BLAH! I am reccommending Chuck Scavuzzo and therefore Kuni Honda to all My friends and Family. Chuck is BY FAR THE BEST SALESPERSON I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!!! More

I was thrilled to pull up and find that the exact color of CRZ was there in the showroom. I was fascinated that the Lot Man so willingly "parted the waters" to make way for me to test drive the CRZ, I re of CRZ was there in the showroom. Everyone made the experience enjoyable (joking around and teasing with me as well). I was very happy that we came to a deal in a pretty short time period. Austin was very kind to help me move all of my stuff from my Prius to my new CRZ.....I had alot more stuff than I even realized I had so bless him for helping me transfer it over with a smile on his face and in his voice. I went back Tuesday evening to leave my 2nd FOB for the Prius that I traded and was greeted by the receptionist and a salesperson (I dont know her name) but she remembered mine and announced I was there.....it was really nice of her to remember my name and be so excited for me even though we really didnt work together much....she was very accomodating from the moment we met in the showroom. I felt welcome all over again Tuesday night and was even invited to become a bell ringer since I missed out Saturday night as it was so late when all was done! We were very impressed by Kuni Honda and the attention given to us during our visit to explore the option of purchasing a Honda Pilot. The financing is exceptional. We had a wonderful experience from the time we walked in the door to the ringing of the bell. Thank you Chuck and everyone else who helped us. Overall the experience was ok. Torii and Kurt were good to deal with, but the manager was very rude. Quote from what he said about one of our trades: "I wouldn't give you more than $500 for that piece of * to deal with, but the manager was very rude. This is a car my family has had to drive around in for 3 1/2 years and the deal wasn't done yet. Also, the deal took forever and my kids were tired. They didn't speed up until it was time for them to go home. Kurt was very organized and good to deal with. All the other employees were friendly to talk to. I think the prices were fair at this dealership and the quality is good also. More

I feel like I wasn't given much of an option for the extended warranty. There was a certain amount of pressure in the fact that I had to just take the Finance guy's word that this would ultimately be w extended warranty. I felt really bad about this the day after, however I am coming to terms with my decision. I'm the type of person that plans for potential problems so the idea of having an extended warranty "insurance policy" doesn't feel necessary. I was not a fan of the extra $495 added on to all negotiated sales prices. Otherwise, I feel like I purchased the best value for what was on the market at the time. It took a lengthier period of time than desired to complete all steps of the purchase - we were in the dealership for roughly 4 hours. Overall, I would recommend Kuni Honda to others, however, I would recommend all auto-virgins to do their homework before stepping foot in a dealership. A carfax was not provided at the time of sale, however supposedly it will be sent to our residence. More

I was in the market for a new CR-V and felt VERY comfortable using this dealer. The salesman George Lee was awesome (a 5 rating from me)...very willing to work within my budget and the price I paid comfortable using this dealer. There was no pressure for the sale at all...it was only when I started working with their financial services on the extended warranty that it got a little more high pressure. They didn't want to accept "no" for an answer to purchasing the extended warranty. I realize that it's their job to sell it, and I respect that, but after saying "no" firmly more than 3 times it became ridiculous. I finally had to tell him that "no" means I'm not going to buy the extended warranty and he needed to move on. I would absolutely still buy from this dealer but I didn't appreciate having an extended warranty practically forced on me (hence the 4 rating on the overall experience). More
