Chuck Scavuzzo made my car buying experience the best I have ever had! He was wonderful, no pressure at all :) He really made me feel at home. He introduced me to everyone I needed to know and made sure I have ever had! He was wonderful, no pressure at all :) He really made me feel at home. He introduced me to everyone I needed to know and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. This is the second new car I have purchased at Kuni Honda and I will continue to do all of my car purchases with them! They are a great staff of folks and even the facility is great! It's always so warm and welcoming even when you go in for just an oil change. I actually look forward to go there and always feel welcome and always feel that I've been helped to the fullest when I leave. Thank you Kuni Honda Staff you guys ROCK! More

Since we bought the car we have had such great service from every employee we've come in contact with. Because of this it only made sense that when we wanted to purchase two new Honda Civics for our daughters Kuni Honda was the first place to go. Out of all the Honda dealers in our area that we dealt with we found Kuni Honda to be the best. They are competitively priced and willing to negotiate a fair deal. The salespersons are knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. What more can I say except that we LOVE our Honda's! More
Was really a wonderful experience. Dave was a professional and really took the time to make the deal work for both me and the dealership - I can't believe that Dave has only been there a few mont professional and really took the time to make the deal work for both me and the dealership - I can't believe that Dave has only been there a few months as it seems like he has been there for years. He spent the time getting to know us and understanding our needs. I will recommend him and the dealership anytime i know someone is looking for a Honda! Don't lose him! he is an asset to your company. More
We bought a 2004 Honda Civic used at the end of August. While we are still happy with the car and the sales personnel we worked with, the service here has been downright awful. To start, the day after w While we are still happy with the car and the sales personnel we worked with, the service here has been downright awful. To start, the day after we bought the car, we noticed that there was oil leaking from the engine area. We took the vehicle to an independent mechanic and found out that the threads to the drain cap on the oil pan had been stripped and the whole oil pan needed to be replaced. We took the car to our mechanic prior to purchasing the vehicle (the morning we purchased the vehicle, actually) and this had not been the case at this time. Thankfully, we had purchased the warranty with the car, but the contract we signed required a payment of $100 for the deductible. We took the car in to be fixed. To their benefit, Kuni Honda did provide us with a free rental. However, we didn't realize that it would be nearly two weeks before they actually fixed my vehicle. We called back and forth with the dealership several times during this two week period about the status of our vehicle and were always told, "It will be fixed (within a couple days)." After being told this several times, we weren't sure the car was ever going to get fixed, so we had to call and threaten to have a legal mediator intervene on our behalf. Finally, this motion got some results from the dealership. It turns out that the finance department printed our warranty on the wrong form. I'm not sure how much longer it would have taken Kuni to figure this out if we hadn't threatened to take some legal action. So, we went back in to sign the contract and thought that we would finally have everything worked out. They fixed the vehicle for us within a day, thankfully, and drove off, hoping that would be the end of that. Just today (October 7th), about three weeks later, we've been contacted again by Kuni Honda. It turns out that once again, they printed our warranty agreement on the wrong paper and that, once again, we have to go back to the dealership in order to rectify the problem. This has taken an extraordinary amount of time out of our schedule, including time away from work, in order to deal with all of the issues that have come from our visit to Kuni Honda. We really did feel that we had a good experience with sales, but the problems we've had with the finance department/service have just been outrageous. At the time we bought the vehicle, I would have recommended them, but after going through this, I would probably tell people that, based on the problems we've had here, it's best to shop elsewhere. I went into the dealership, was greeting by Ken Bouldin and explained to him what car I was looking for, a Honda CRV and identified my price range. He listened, he showed me a couple options and then dire and explained to him what car I was looking for, a Honda CRV and identified my price range. He listened, he showed me a couple options and then directed me to the car that would work best based on my needs, a Suburu Legacy Wagon...LLBean-style. I was skeptical, the car wasn't what I had in mind, but he proceeded to show me the consumer reports and we went for a test drive (actually a couple test runs). I loved it. Still hestitant, I asked questions, test drove a CRV, reviewed the price breakdown followed by more questions and discussion. Hours later, I purchased the Suburu and have loved it ever since, it WAS exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed working with Ken, he was genuine, humorous and exteremely knowledgable and down to earth. I appreciated his ability to assess my needs and suggest a car that worked so well and was within my price range. I would recommend working with him and the Kuni dealership to my friends and family. Overall, a great experience. I made an appointment online, George was there to greet my family. We test drove a few cars, haggled over price and got the deal done within 3 hours. Only disappointment w online, George was there to greet my family. We test drove a few cars, haggled over price and got the deal done within 3 hours. Only disappointment was the low value of my trade-in, but that wasn't anything to do with the dealership really. A good experience. More
All of the above named individuals went out of their way to make my car buying experience a positive one. Aidin Milani was exceptional. He made me feel like I was his very first customer. He put no press to make my car buying experience a positive one. Aidin Milani was exceptional. He made me feel like I was his very first customer. He put no pressure on me to buy a car during our first meeting. He answered all of my questions and gave me his full attention in our second meeting. He followed up with emails and phone calls. He used appropriate humor to personalize the experience. This is the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. I will definitely recommend Kuni Honda to friends and family when purchasing a car. Hats off to all involved. As a long-time educator, I would give each person an "A" grade. More
In my experiance most car salesmen are very pushy and want you to get into a car that is way above your budget. Aidin was the exact opposite! The sales person, Chuck Scavuzzo, provided us with a competitive price up front and we did not have to haggle over pricing. We were flying into Denver and did not have a car so Chuck offered to pick us competitive price up front and we did not have to haggle over pricing. We were flying into Denver and did not have a car so Chuck offered to pick us up from the airport and drive us to the dealership himself. After the paperwork was complete Chuck brought the car out for us (after it was washed and filled with gas). To our surprise he had added an extra option at no extra cost without us even asking. I thought he treated us great and I would buy my next car from Chuck and I would recommend Chuck/Honda to others I know. Ron Witte More
I always go to a dealership with some trepidation wondering what my experience will be and what kind of "line" or pressure I will get. I just want a place I can trust the folks and get a good deal wondering what my experience will be and what kind of "line" or pressure I will get. I just want a place I can trust the folks and get a good deal and my vehicle taken care of. Well, I think I've found that dealership. Everything was top notch, personable people, nice showroom, shop, parts store, etc. My salesman, George Lee, was a very nice and personable gentlemen. He was extremely thorough and forthright with my questions and concerns. I would...and will...highly recommend George Lee and Kuni Honda to anyone looking for a car. I was pleasantly impressed by the whole package. More
