He was patient & thorough & made sure we had answers to each of our very specific questions. He certainly went the extra mile in customer service so that buying a used car suddenly became an easy process instead of the difficult process it usually seems to be with other dealerships. He made two follow-up phone calls to us during our three days of car-shopping to let us know when any discounts, etc, had just gone into effect. Austin & Kuni-Honda will be recommended to our friends as a first and last stop! More

I dreaded having to buy a new car - in fact, I procratinated for an entire year before I finally made my visit to Kuni. But, having worked with George Lee, I have completely changed my opinion abo procratinated for an entire year before I finally made my visit to Kuni. But, having worked with George Lee, I have completely changed my opinion about buying a new car! George made the experience educational, entertaining and almost painless! He was very efficient with all the mountains of paperwork that go into this process, and it actually took far less time than I was prepared for. He was very concientious about explaining the important issues - and he made sure I understood them by explaining it more than one way if I seemed unclear. I felt that he was sincere and genuine and really cared about making sure this was a good experience for me. On the finance side, I was also very pleased with Barry Udell, who took the time to really work with me on the finer points of the financing process. He was very patient and truly listened to my questions - and then clearly addressed them one by one. And while I felt a little bit silly, at first, ringing the bell when my purchase was complete, everyone cheering and clapping for me actually seemed like a release of any leftover anxiety - it was fun! A couple of Kuni people came over and personally congratulated me afterwards - and I hadn't even worked with any of them...that was a nice feeling! I will confidently, and with pleasure, recommend George and Barry - and Kuni Honda - to all my friends and relatives for their next car! Thanks so much for the great experience! Randy was absolutely great!!! Super patient, extremely friendly and professional. Followed up (as he is supposed to) without harassing - SUCH A PLUS!!! He knew everything about the model I was researching, smoothly made me appreciate the Honda quality -- which was extremely hard, since my previous car was a Volvo! Randy was also very patient, he let me drive the potential car many times, anywhere I wanted, and without making me feel he was in a rush. I negotiated very hard, and he did not get frustrated, making the negotiation portion of the deal fun (for me at least!). But what I really like about Randy was that he always had a cold bottle of water ready for me with a nice smile! More

The worst dealership and the sales person I have ever had to deal with. I was given a quote over phone for $30955 + taxes for a Honda Pilot EX 4WD. No other charges. I was lured to the dealer ship. After going to the dealership he said the MSRP is 33205 + dealer handling(I was told differently by one of his colleagues that there is no dealer handling. I still have that in my email box) + Colorado package(It seems I do not have any option of going with out that, according to the "Kop"). What a draggy and indecent sales person he is. He also denied talking to me about the quote also. He also said no reduction in the MSRP and other things. Basically the price of an EX is = the price of a Touring model. I just walked away after 5 minutes. It was a big waste of time talking to that sales person. Do not buy from this dealership. It will be a nightmarish experience for you. More
I recently visited Honda for a repair on a part when I was told the $290 piece breaks on a regular basis. This particular customer service representative gave me incorrect information regarding the allege was told the $290 piece breaks on a regular basis. This particular customer service representative gave me incorrect information regarding the alleged recent expiration of my warranty, told me he would request that a good will exception be made and would call me ASAP. I never heard from him. Upon my next routine visit shortly thereafter, I double checked the details of my warranty with newly employed Stacy and was told that while I was not currently covered under warranty, I HAD been under warranty during my previous visit! The previous employee had made a mistake. I was very upset but hoped Kuni Honda would make it right. Public Relations Manager Rena Marson sat down with me, took in all the details, and had me at ease immediately. She was sincerely upset that I had not heard back after my initial inquiry. She discussed the situation with Alfred (?) the service manager and together they saved the day! They ordered the part and planned on fixing it for free. While the oil change and warranty approval took a painstakingly long 3 hours, in the end it was worth it. Both managers and Stacy were incredibly friendly and helpful. Finally, when I visited yesterday to get this part replaced, the mechanics broke it in the exact same manner I did originally. I was told it occured because of its poor construction. Unfortunately, this occured nearly 2 hours after my appointment which was estimated to take, worst case scenario, an hour. Therefore, I am heading back next week for another go at this finnicky part. However, I plan on taking advantage of their drop off/pick up service. Overall, I take away a positive experience because of the wonderful personal interaction with the 2 managers and 1 customer service representative. They more than made up for my disappointing experience with the first gentleman. And I admit that the lengthy amount of time I have had to spend at Kuni Honda has been inconvenient, but I believe they are doing the best they can, and am always pleased with the snacks and activities for my child in the waiting area. I receive plenty of coupons in the mail which save me money, and believe me I need all the help I can get! At this point, I believe this part WILL break again, and it should continued to be replaced at no cost. I have had two employees tell me face to face about its low quality, and a mechanic who demonstrated that fact. When I go back next week for the replacement, I will discuss this with a manager. I love you Kuni Honda!! More
Referred to Kuni by way of the Costco Auto Buying Program. I believe this helped with the negotiation as the prices are predetermined and are at or below invoice. Very easy purchase without the "high pressure" approach you can get at other dealerships. Only big push was to get me to buy a warranty which was negotiated to a reasonable rate. I came prepared with pricing from other dealers and vehicle options I already knew I wanted and didn't want. I would advise anyone to do the same no matter where you go. After the sale, the salemen seemed to still have a sincere interest in making sure I had everything I wanted and knew how to operate all the "bells & whistles" on the car. More
