Used Car Purchase We came in after seeing a car we were interested in on line. We met Ryan Delamar upon arrival and he was happy to help. He brought the vehicle we wanted to see up next to the main showroom and we looked it over. Ryan was very helpful when explaining different features of the car. There was NO pressure from him for us to buy this car or any other on the lot. Once we said we wanted the car, we went to his work station and he explained about the Kuni Advantage and gave us some history on the dealership. The floor manager (I think that was his title) Chris worked with us to come to an agreeable sale price on the car. Again, there was NO pressure. We were not able to close the deal the first day - partly because there was an issue with the car that had to be fixed - so we came back a few days later. During that time, there was an on line price reduction on the vehicle we wanted. We mentioned that to Ryan. He passed the information on to Chris, and with NO argument at all, they reduced the asking price on the vehicle. They could have easily said that we had agreed on a higher price a few days ago, but they did not. We were very impressed. Heather was very professional and made us feel at ease during the financial portion of the deal. We would recommend Kuni Honda to any of our friends who may be looking for a car. More
