He was a no pressure person and when I told him I needed a CRV without beige interior he went and found the appropriate model for me. Very well versed in the various models and shared all the nuances of each model with me while I was waiting. I really felt very satisfied with the care and concern he showed all the way to sitting in the CRV with me and going through all the features. That is why I came back to Kuni to buy my CRV! Service Advantage Agreement (Waste of money so far) My follow up review after 5 months of buying a new car from Kuni Honda: Since I paid for that extra warranty that includes a quarterly car detail ser My follow up review after 5 months of buying a new car from Kuni Honda: Since I paid for that extra warranty that includes a quarterly car detail service, today I went to Kuni Honda to schedule. Guess what? I am told by the customer service representative to wait for more than 4 months to get a quarterly service. What a joke! The next opening for the car detail the dealer has is December 15, 2015, I am thinking I'll find out more when I schedule other services in the near future. Buyers, think twice before you buy extended warranty service. I am paying the price for it. More

Come to test drive a car after they had sold it already, I had set up an appointment to test drive a car and then have a trade in appraisal done. The next morning when I show up on a Saturday at 11 am, it no I had set up an appointment to test drive a car and then have a trade in appraisal done. The next morning when I show up on a Saturday at 11 am, it not only takes 20 minutes to have someone help me but when they do I also find out they sold the car I had an appointment to look at. I had driven over an hour to come test drive that car. The sales person and floor manager response was, "Bummer." One word is all they could muster, not even a simple sorry and on top of it they refuse to appraise my car unless I'm willing to buy something else off there lot. The sales number guy/manager refused to give even ballpark numbers because it was a Saturday and he was busy. They gave me 5 minutes of their time and kicked me on my way. I will never return to this dealership or recommend. Very rude and unprofessional staff. More
