Everyone at Kuni Honda were very friendly and eager to help. Kelly was great to deal with and made the buying process very easy and smooth. The finance portion was easy and got us exactly what we were looking for: the interest rate they provided was better than what we had received at previous dealerships. I sent them an e-mail requesting price and availability. They promptly e-mailed and called me with the price. I made an appointment and the salesman was prompt and helpful. The vehicle and price were as quoted; no ifs ands or buts. I was in and out in about an hour. Everyone was professional and there was no pressure to buy anything extra. Purchased a used car Kurt and all the staff that we dealt with were just great....even the finance department! In fact, shortly after we got home, we spotted a flaw in Kurt and all the staff that we dealt with were just great....even the finance department! In fact, shortly after we got home, we spotted a flaw in a tail light that we missed at the dealership. I called Kurt right away, and after a quick check said that a replacement was covered no charge. That's called customer service. Best regards, Charlie More

We thought we'd be shopping through their inventory Hello all, my fiance and I were lucky enough to begin our car purchasing experience at Kuni Honda. We thought we'd be shopping through their inventory and then checking out a few other dealerships but our experience so great at Kuni Honda and the more we learned about how they do business, the more we wanted to buy a car with them. Lauren Hayes was our product presenter and she showed us several cars and a few test drives. She's a lovely person and she helped us have a special experience. The customer experience at Kuni is fantastic. No haggling over price, direct and trustworthy staff and a life time service plan which covers some basic upkeep services. They continually added extra value to the purchase. We are so happy with our car and loved finding out that Kuni Honda donates 55% of their revenue to the developmentally disabled. We definitely feel like we found a dealership with some social consciousness, great products, excellent deals and rock solid customer service. Thank you Lauren and all at Kuni Honda! More
