This was my first time looking at cars at a dealership and being right out of school with a tight budget, I was hesitant to visit a dealership. Kelly was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at, both new and used, and I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me find the best car for myself. He spent 3 or 4 hours with me letting me test drive several models without rushing me. I'll be referring my friends and family to Kelly in the future, and I know where to go to get my next car! More

The approach used during negotiation is fairly low key, but it took a couple of rounds before we agreed on the price. The issue was primarily due to undesired dealer add-ons for this new Honda model. The sales staff were very personable and knowledgeable. The service dept was excellent to work with when adding the many included/requested options to my vehicle. Bottom line, the overall experience was very good, and I will likely return for my next car purchase. I would not hesitate providing referrals for my family and friends to purchase through Kuni. More
