Dear Nandha, Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to address and resolve your sales concerns. As we discussed, you purchased a pre owned vehicle "As Is, with No Warranty". You elected not to purchase an extended warranty and as the owner of the vehicle, you are responsible for the service maintenance. We always review with our guests what service work we did to prepare the car for sale and, we give you the car fax. You will reconsider the possibility of purchasing an extended warranty but at this time you elected to pass on that protection again today. Although, we can appreciate that you were disappointed there was "no negotiating" on the car, it is by design that we price our vehicles to sell and we are aggressively priced in the market place to do so because, that is what our guests want. Our best price and easy to do business with level of service. You came in because you knew the car you were interested in was the best price in the market place and agreed to purchase the vehicle knowing it was the best price. we appreciate your business and your feedback. We recognize that the person you are calling for may not always be readily available and in todays “phone tag” reality there will be some delay in progressing forward. We establish the urgency to purchase for all our buyers as our cars are priced to sell. I understand if you and your daughter needed more time to come to a decision.
