The inspection identified a leaky transmission seal as well as a few other minor items. When I called Ralph he did not hesitate to take care of the transmission seal at no cost. It was nice to have someone keep their word and not try to renege based on whether or not this was significant. When I brought the vehicle back in I was helped by Chris Zimmerman in the service department. Chris was a pleasure to work with and he had me in and out in 15 minutes with a rental car. I was surprised this went so smooth based on previous interactions at other car dealerships which did not support providing fleet vehicles for their customers. That is a really nice touch. Chris kept me informed of the repairs and notified me of the timing of everything which took several days over the Memorial Day weekend. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, Chris again had me in and out in no time and at no cost to me. This type of customer service and professionalism from both the sales and service groups should be commended. I will definitely start my search for future vehicles at Kuni-Honda. More
