Brandon was very friendly and helpful as he was able to answer all of my questions. in helping us to select a great vehicle. Painful purhcase of used car - with a good ending Recently purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey from Kuni on Arapahoe. It was a painful experience. I had called two days ahead of time to look at a spec Recently purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey from Kuni on Arapahoe. It was a painful experience. I had called two days ahead of time to look at a specific car they had listed on their website. The car I wanted to see had been listed for WEEKS on their website, but when I went to test drive it, it was filthy. I was told they hadn't detailed it yet (which was obvious). The drive went well and I decided to purchase the vehicle. This is where the real pain set it. First, even though we were paying CASH for the vehicle, I STILL sat in that dealership for THREE AND A HALF hours signing every form you can imagine. They had to run my credit. Why, I'm not sure, since I was paying CASH For the vehicle. Then, I was told that they had not yet done the inspection of the vehicle, so they'd have to do that. Not sure why there were offering a vehicle that hadn't been inspected yet, but there you go. That car had been on their website for WEEKS, so it's not like they didn't have time to do the inspection and clean it up. So, after all the signing of useless paperwork, and, mind you, about 90% of the 3.5 hours I spent there was just SITTING and doing NOTHING, I was told that the car needed new tires and new brakes, which is great, but I can't take the car home now and have to come back at the end of the day. So, I went back at the end of the day, and guess what, car isn't ready yet, still up on the blocks. They said, and I quote, "we were going to call you and tell you but we got busy". Great, so I made yet another useless trip to the dealership. That night I called and talked to a sales manager and told him my story, and he said, "I will call you tomorrow at 9:30 and tell you if the car is done and we'll have someone deliver it to you". Great! Sounds good! Well, guess what, that sales manager was OFF the next day. Didn't find out until 10:00 the next day when I called. sheesh. They DID deliver the vehicle, but the "detailing" was horrible. There's still smudges of dirt on the inside roof of the car, and the "detailers" didn't even raise the third row seats to vacuum. I lifted the third row into place only to find a bunch of crap underneath the seats. THEN, they said, Oh, we only have ONE key and said "we sell it like we get it". Gee, would have been nice to know that BEFORE they delivered it to me. One key isn't all that useful to a family. I've since called multiple times and left messages on sales managers voice-mails about the whole thing, but NO ONE is calling me back. Overall a bad experience, both with the customer experience and with the detailing. No communication with me or even internally at the dealership. I would NOT recommend this place. -- So, An Addendum to this review. Since I posted this a very nice lady named Rena from Kuni Honda contacted me about the above experience. We chatted at length about the experience and what could potentially be done to improve the process and to resolve the remaining issues I had. She was wonderful and helped me resolve the clean car issue and the key issue. As a result I have modified my review. I'm still a bit frustrated with the sales management team and their lack of communication, but it's comforting to know that there are folks there that care about the customers and whose job it is to resolve issues that their customers have had. Kudos to Rena. More

Pinnacle of friendliness and no pressure sales I have got to say we normally NEVER buy from dealerships but this is not a normal dealership! The whole experience was like being a guest in someones I have got to say we normally NEVER buy from dealerships but this is not a normal dealership! The whole experience was like being a guest in someones home. No pressure to buy and genuinely interested in helping with our needs. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with and took the time to explain every question we had. Zach was very helpful and connected with our needs from the moment he introduced himself. Ralph was great explaining the CARFAX paperwork and did over and above what was expected. Jesse in finance was so calm and cool. Had our interests in mind all the way through the bank paperwork and graphed out exactly what we were doing. Hands down the BEST experience we have ever had. The KuniHonda Loyalty Advantage program insures they are invested in our future needs and don't want to just sell a car and forget about their customers. Thanks all for the perfect day to buy a car. We were waiting for the cameras to come out and everyone shout APRIL FOOLS and go back to the normal dealership experience. More

As a 19 year old first time buyer, with a credit report so new that I hadn't even earned a credit score yet, I was just hoping to just get into anothe As a 19 year old first time buyer, with a credit report so new that I hadn't even earned a credit score yet, I was just hoping to just get into another car to get me from point A to point B. I worked with the Salesmen Brandon Gamel when I arrived and right off the bat, he deserves a 5 star rating. He was ridiculously friendly and had my best interest in mind before I even met him. When my first option didn't work out, Brandon taught me a life lesson on credit and how money works. Genuine knowledge that you don't learn in high school. He then found me another car that suited me within minutes. From then on, the financial managers fought hard to get me approved. It took a while but at the same time I learned patience has it benefits. Though all odds were against me, they got me approved and I rolled away in a 2008 Honda Civic coupe. From the first call I made to Taylour to meeting with the Finance manager Jesse, everything was just excellent. It was such an exhilarating feeling when Matt shook my hand and said I was approved. I haven't stopped smiling all day. I couldn't be more happy to tackle this milestone with Kuni Honda and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a car. P.S. I made it back to work without my managers being mad at me! More

Lauren took her time with me to keep this experience a personal one even though there was a lot of crazy rushing from this big dealership around us. I appreciated her caring and striving to create a connection with me in this very important car buying experience. I also want to say that Jesse in the financing dept. was great in answering all my questions and even giving good car advice along the way.
