Just a few of the things that went wrong Kuni Honda sold me a lemon. Back in November I purchased a car from Kuni Honda and 3 weeks later the engine blew. After pleading with them they finall Kuni Honda sold me a lemon. Back in November I purchased a car from Kuni Honda and 3 weeks later the engine blew. After pleading with them they finally agreed to put in a new engine (which I paid for). It was only 2 weeks after they put in a new engine that the car completely gave out on the freeway. All of my brakes and electrical components of the car went out putting my life at risk. Kuni now claims that the car is not their issue regardless of how unsafe the vehicle is. This car has now been in and out of their service area 6 times and is still unsafe to drive. I now have a $5000 loan on the car, the car is not able to be resold due to the fact that is unsafe to drive and the check engine light is on yet again. I believe Kuni Honda should refund my money but has yet to put forth much effort to make things right. More

Great Car, Friendly Staff but could be more efficient We were looking to buy a Honda Pilot when we walked into Kuni Honda. We had already agreed on a price through TruCar when we met Greg Young, the sale We were looking to buy a Honda Pilot when we walked into Kuni Honda. We had already agreed on a price through TruCar when we met Greg Young, the salesman who helped us this day. Greg was a great fellow and was obviously willing to help us in any way he could. We ended up with a terrific Dark Cherry Honda Pilot, but unfortunately the process took more than 4 hours to accomplish. We left the Pilot to have some work done to it that we had purchased. When we came back the next day we found out that all of our paperwork had been done on an incorrect VIN number, so we had to sign all of the documents again. Greg, Kyle and everyone else we worked with are earnest, hard-working, friendly and looking to provide a terrific experience and product, but a lack of attention to detail unfortunately detracted from that terrific experience. More

I do not have enough good things to say about Evan Lyons but I would recommend my family and friends to him time and time again. I only rate quality of work average because the tires needed to be replaced and I had 2 separate shops specializing in tires asking why the tires weren't replaced. I also found out because the tires had to be replaced that the outer tire rods are seized and an alignment can not be preformed till this is rectified. I had purchased the extended warranty and Im taking the car in this week to see if they will warranty it. I hope I do not have to put more into the car then I already have. More
