Happy and Thankful I went to Kuni Honda I had a very pleasant experience at Kuni Honda. I worked with Brandon and Ralph. Brandon was extremely helpful and friendly, he made my boyfriend and I had a very pleasant experience at Kuni Honda. I worked with Brandon and Ralph. Brandon was extremely helpful and friendly, he made my boyfriend and I laugh and feel comfortable. I am glad that he helped me every step of the process and even a few steps beyond. I liked that he let us know that he used to be a mechanic, I felt confident he was able to answer my questions about durability and long term maintenance cost of the car I was interested in. Brandon and Ralph were both very understanding of the fact that I was a bit nervous and that buying a car can be a slightly nerve-racking process. Ralph was also extremely helpful of the fact that I was on a bit of a time restraint. My boyfriend helped me find the car online and then went with me to go test drive it. The next day I went back to do the paperwork but I didn't have a lot of time, Ralph and Kyle and Brandon all helped me get it all done very quickly. After I took the car I just purchased, I realized that the side lights were not turning off. I called Brandon and he was nice enough to stay at the dealership later than he had to and take a look at the lights for me. It turned out it was simply a switch that is unique to Subaru's. I also like that when the time comes I will be able to take my car to Kuni Honda for routine maintenance and service. Brandon even introduced me to Chris Zimmerman in the service department and let me know he trusts him regarding service questions etc. I highly recommend Kuni Honda and especially Brandon and Ralph. I personally look at online reviews for anything I am considering buying. To those customers in the same boat as me, I hope you find it helpful to know that if you are working to re-build your credit, I recommend going and checking out Kuni Honda. Obviously I cannot guarantee another person's experience will be as successful as mine. However, Ralph is very understanding and will not treat you unfavorably, like I have unfortunately had with past experiences when dealing with other sales people elsewhere. More

GREAT TIME AT KUNI-HONDA Going to car dealership looking at many cars was starting to become a stressful situation. Until I did some research and became interested in Kuni-Honda. When my uncle billy and I walked into Kuni-Honda we were introduced to Brandon. Right away he was interested into listening to what kind of would meet my needs. Brandon is very personable and very knowledgeable in selling me a dependable Honda accord. Originally I had a car already picked but was sold already. Brandon didn't let that discourage us.The car he ended up showing me was better than my expectations. It gave me the feeling I was looking for, I felt confident that it was meant to be my car. Before the test drive Brandon made sure to inform us all of the qualities of the car. Then from there my uncle and I took the car for test drive. It was a smooth ride, there was no need to look any further. Getting back to the dealership from the test drive we began the buying process.Brandon and everyone that helped in the process made GREAT experience. Brandon did a awesome job making us feel comfortable through out the time we spent at Kuni-Honda. Something we have not experienced dealership EVER! A Christmas Eve Story ... I walked into the dealership at 4pm on Christmas Eve. I was very upset already because I was across the street at the Subaru dealership and they basic I walked into the dealership at 4pm on Christmas Eve. I was very upset already because I was across the street at the Subaru dealership and they basically ran me out and said there was not enough time to buy a car tonight and that they where trying to go home and spend Christmas Eve with there family's. I really wanted to surprise my wife with a new car for Christmas as she had totaled her car in November. My wife really needed a car because she takes my kids to school in the morning and picks them up in the afternoon. Honestly I walked into Kuni Honda with my expectations pretty low because of what just had happened to me across the street. I was greeted by the receptionist at the front counter. She was very nice and asked me what I was in for. I told her i wanted to try to by a car for my wife for Christmas and she said that she would have Chris the sales manager bring someone right over. I went and sat down in the waiting area for only about 3 minutes when Kristen Tardie came over to help me. Let me tell you she was GREAT! What a GREAT attitude! You could not tell it was a few minutes before close on Christmas Eve. She gave me amazing service answered all my questions took me on a test drive. We found the right car within a hour since she had written down all the things I was looking for when we first spoke. When we sat down to crunch the numbers the car looked like it was going to be a little out of my price range for when I went in I did not want to spend over 350.00 a month. I got to a point when I told them lets set a appointment for Friday night because I was going to have to pick a cheaper car more in my budget. Kristen and Chris wanted me to have the car and even though it was Christmas eve and I was keeping them from going home as I was the last person left in the dealership. They went to go talk to the store manager. When they came back they had some amazing news. They took down the price even more and gave me a better price. That got me to 350.00 a month! I waked out that night with my new Honda Accord for my wife and I even got to rap it with a bow and ribbon and give it to her that night on Christmas Eve!!!!
