Easy, laid back and great patience My wife found the car online while I was traveling in the area for work from New Mexico. But Lauren Hayes was wonderful! She definitely went the extra mile with me and worked extremely hard to make sure that all of my questions were answered. (I had a LOT of questions!) Great Experience I don't get to buy new cars often because I own Honda's and drive them until the tires come off. The 99 accord had to be put down just shy of 300,000 due to electric issues. The darn tires wouldn't come off. So I was back at the dealership, rusty after a good layoff. The sales person Jeff Cox was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience very easy. Ralph Benfante helped go through all the numbers and in short time I was signing documents and heading home in my new vehicle. Great experience !! More
