Great Service I worked with Lauren Hayes while looking for a car for my daughter. Sales manager Chris Squires was very attentive too and worked well with us being in a different city. My only negative comment would be the finance person Kyle is not the friendliest person. We were told we were approved through a certain bank at a certain interest rate, signed the paperwork and left with our new car. A week later we got a call saying that we couldn't have that interest rate and that we needed to come back and do the paperwork over again with a higher payment and interest rate. Kind of confusing and we did a lot more driving between the Springs and Denver than we ever intended on. All in all it was a good experience minus those few issues and we do love our new car. More

This is the 2nd Accord I have purchased from Kuni and the previous experience was also outstanding. Everyone at Kuni treated me very well and I appreciated the professional and courteous treatment. It is rare these days to find a dealership that treats you so well. My hat off to Steven in the finance department as he was also a pleasure to deal with. Kenny in the Sales management team was also very attentive and nice in helping get the paperwork streamlined so I was not waiting long to close the deal. More
Superb Service from Roger Frank in service Department I own 2011 Honda CRV Special Edition. Current miles 17,800. After i bought new CRV in February of 2011 from Planet Honda in Illinois, There was proble I own 2011 Honda CRV Special Edition. Current miles 17,800. After i bought new CRV in February of 2011 from Planet Honda in Illinois, There was problem with Steering. & Dealer replaced steering rack under warranty. In october 2013 we moved to Colorado so CRV is in Colorado. I had oil changed & Differential oil changed & other service performed at Kuni Honda on March 2014. There was oil dripping on driver so took in for service. I thought Oil dripping from the service they performed.Roger Frank was able get in right a way for service & check thing out. From diagnostic they found oil was leaking from power steering. Since 36 month passed CRV was out of warranty but because of low miles & previously there was issue with power steering system, Roger Frank & his service manager said they will contact Honda for help in fixing problem. They said repair can be run in excess of $ 1500. Roger Frank and his manager went extra miles to providing me a loaner and contacted Honda for helping me in this repair. Roger & his manager were able to get help from Honda in fixing problem with no charge to me. I call this a superb service from Roger Frank & his manager at Kuni Honda. I thank you Kuni Honda as well as Roger Frank and his manger and Honda retained a loyal customer. I will take my CRV for service at KUNI HONDA only and see Roger Frank in future. Keep up good work Kuni Honda specifically Roger Frank and his manager(Sorry i did not catch his name) Thanks again for all you help & great service. Natu Patel More

Typical Dealership Approach My wife and I took our two kids to test drive a Jeep at Kuni that I had seen online. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful with the two little ones. Kristen Tardie, our product presenter, was attentive and prompt to get us in the Jeep for a test drive. When we were ready to begin the purchase, that is when the same old car buying experience started. It was a fairly busy Saturday and that certainly didn't help. I would have hoped, with two kids under 4, that the sales staff would have been more proactive with the appraisal of our trade and some of the other paperwork. Instead, it felt very drawn out and difficult. The exact reason I was hesitant about buying from a dealership to begin with. As it progressed, it was the same tactics. We were promised a APR lower than the percentage we were shown when they pulled our credit. Our credit is good, but when we got home, I noticed that the APR was the high percentage we were shown and nothing had changed. It shows me that, they can tell you one thing and deliver something else. Nothing was said to us about this and we were told that they deal with 70 financing groups. I just don't think they took the steps to get us the best APR they could have. Now I am forced to refinance to get the best APR. It should have been done for me. That's all. More
