Luckily, I had the pleasure of working with Kristen Tardie, she listened to what I was looking and didn't try an push me a direction that I didn't want to go. She stuck with thru the whole financing process including the snafu with the forgotten check book. It made the whole process rather painless and I now I have a new car that I love. We LOVE our Honda! My husband and I went into Kuni to start shopping for a good commuter car as our Hyundai Elantra was starting to have trouble. We were pretty sure we wanted a Civic so we stopped in to take a look at their used inventory. We were met at the front desk and directed to work with Lauren. She was fantastic! She sat us down and wanted us to tell her what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. She was very respectful of our budget and wishlist. We ended up finding a 2012 Civic that fit our wishlist perfectly! Lauren made it very easy and comfortable through the negotiation process. (We financed and had a trade in). After a bit of back and forth with her and Chris (sales manager), we were able to come to a great deal! Both Chris and Lauren gave us time to talk privately too (which is super nice if you have ever been in a high-presser situation buying a car)! I grew up with a honda in my family and it never really had problems I decided to find myself a reliable car this time around. I used to live around the corner from Kuni Honda and a friend told me they'd heard good things about it so I went in on a Thursday evening to check out what they had. I was taken care of by Kristen she was friendly, listened to what I was looking for in a used car and showed me a few options in my price range. Since I didn't have my ID with my that evening I came back the following morning test drove a few cars and then she brought out my 06 Honda Civic Coupe just the style car I was looking for and said "This is your car" and I immediately fell in love with the car. Despite my not so great credit and the time it took to get all my paperwork taken care of she was attentive and patient along with the team members working with her to insure I could drive my dream car off the lot that day! Overall everyone was so great and friendly to me it was my best car buying experience yet. Thank you staff at Kuni Honda and of course Miss Kristen for mAking my not so great week Fantastic at the end and my helping me find my sexy new car!!!! Thanks All Nina Williams More

Although her job is to sell me a car I didn't feel like I was being forced in any one direction. It was a relationship with just the right amount of understanding, compassion and follow-up. I finally hooked up with my dream car and drove it home with a big smile on my face. I cannot leave Chris and Jesse out of this review as they supported Lauren and me throughout the purchase process. I would come here again to buy any future vehicles. I went into Kuni Honda just looking. Matt helped me out and was wonderful. Matt then showed me a Jeep commander and I absolutely loved it. It's like finding your wedding dress, I didn't want to look at the other vehicles that we had picked. I test drove the Jeep and loved it even more. Then I heard the price, for the condition it was in, the price was AWESOME. Way under my price range I gave Matt when I first arrived. I ended up buying the Jeep that day. I'm glad I chose Kuni Honda and that I didn't go elsewhere :) More
Great buying experience, not pushy I bought a 2011 Honda Accord over this past weekend. Lauren was my sales person, but I really think of her as a contact/resource. She was not pushy. She listened to what I wanted, and explained the differences between models. When I told her I didn't care for fancy moonroofs, or high-tech features, she suggested the simpler model. After I purchased the car, she wanted to make sure I had appointments for my car to be taken care of, and advised me to set up an appointment to get my free cleaning for the winter. My experience was pleasant and easy for the most part. I didn't like however, them making you sign a piece of paper, saying "if the terms today are agreeable, I am ready to purchase today". I mean, it's a big purchase, and sometimes, it's not something you can say "yes" to right away even if the terms are favorable. That felt pushy. Also, the experience with the finance guy was less than pleasant. He explained the different warranties, which can add $2000-$3000 onto the price of your car. I declined the warranties, and he persisted in asking why and was a pushy in getting me to buy them. I still declined. I have owned Hondas and Toyotas for more than 10 years and have certainly been through the process of paying for repairs, and understand how much it costs. I stated that the cost of the warranty is more than the costs I've had to pay out of pocket for repairs of cars much much older than the one I'm purchasing - I own a honda that is 17 years old! Really, when people say no, don't try to force them. Just understand they have a preference, and please respect that. It's like trying to convince someone to buy a bright pink car, even when they say no to pink cars. More

I usuall I am so excited with our new Honda Fit! It's been 14 years since we have purchased a new car, and dealing with Brandon was such a pleasure. I usually feel really intimated by car salesman who pressure you and guilt you into buying all the extras. Brandon was about as opposite of that as anyone could be. He explained the differences in the Fit models, but seemed to know right away that I wasn't that interested in a car with lots of "bells and whistles", so he did not make me feel uncomfortable at all with that decision. He explained, in detail, all the wonderful features of the car that I WAS interested in. Brandon was warm, friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. It was a great experience buying a car from him. I would definitely recommend Kuni-Honda to anyone looking for a car. I absolutely would recommend that they seek out Brandon. I know they would have the same great experience that I had! More

I was provided with information and options and the decisions I made were respected. I appreciated being given a fair price up front (I had researched the price) and no silly negotiations that left me wondering where the numbers were coming from. I was allowed to focus on the decision of which car was right for me. I appreciated everyone I dealt with at Kuni. Before buying this car I had spent a week visiting several dealers. Next time I purchase a car Kuni will be my first and last stop. I have already recommended Kuni to several people. More
