Based on the initial information we received from Paul and our own research, we were able to get the car we wanted with all the options we asked for. This was the best car buying experience we have had. Paul was fantastic and we will certainly recommend him to our friends. More

I met with Lauren, who was nothing but great-she showed us a few different cars after taking thorough notes on what we were looking for, and when we decided to take the offer, she was very helpful in letting us know what we needed and why. Getting to finance and having the car cleaned took a long time unfortunately, but that was through no fault of Lauren's. She really was great and I can't recommend seeing her enough if you're in the market for a Honda! More

I specifically signed paperwork saying I would buy the car as is, but their side of the agreement was to disclose all the information they had to me... Here is my story: While the initial visit was fairly acceptable, which ended in me sitting in the office for far too long waiting on my paperwork to get pushed through, my experience with Kuni has been nothing but horrible since. I understand that when buying a used car that the car won't be perfect, but that all the known imperfections will be disclosed to me. I've bought a used car at a different dealership in the past with no issues, due to a great sales person. I arrived at Kuni knowing that I wanted one of two cars (Toyota 4Runner) that they had on Autotrader. Both cars had issues that weren't disclosed in the AT photos, but one had such bad body damage that the fender was barely still connected. I naturally gravitated towards the other car I was had in mind, and eventually purchasing it after a very short test drive that I was led through by the "Product Presenter"! I was never given the opportunity to start the car myself until after I signed on the dotted line. It seemed like a calculated presentation that didn't allow me to see any of the possible warning signs that this car was damaged goods. After leaving Kuni I drove straight to IKEA (which is only about a 10 minute drive) to shop for a few hours, and when I got back out, I noticed that there was a large cloud of whitish/bluish smoke that came out of the exhaust pipe. I told the dealership about it the very next day, and they didn't provide any explanation on possible problems, nor did they mention at this time that they noticed there were any problems under the hood (which I repeatedly asked them about before purchasing since they did a check over and oil change). The next day my check engine light came on as well, which I mentioned to them, with a no remorse response of how I needed to get diagnostics ran on my own unless I was willing to bring it back to the dealership..The problem here is that I live 3 hours away from Denver and didn't feel comfortable driving a smoking car with a check engine light on back over Vail pass. After about a week of this and countless hours researching what it could be, I took it into a local shop and they told me that I had already burned almost 4 quarts of oil and I would need to get the engine replaced or rebuilt very soon. It was also of their professional opinions that there was no way that after such a short time and how few miles I had put on the car since I purchased it that there wasn't this problem when the dealership had it. They believe that there is no way the technicians wouldn't have noticed the smoke coming out of the exhaust at least once while they had the car on the lot. So, now I've emailed Evan (who was nice enough at the time of purchase), who insists that he's passed my emails on to management twice, I've told the service department about my issues, an NOBODY has contacted me to discuss a plan for correcting the problem. I've been patient and waited weeks to see if they would offer ANYTHING towards fixing the problem, whether it's parts or labor, but nothing has been done yet, not even an apology letter. Now I'm at least $3,000 into repairs for a rebuilt engine and labor due to Kuni's shady sales tactics, I would never recommend this dealership to anybody, whether they were purchasing new or used. One of the absolute best buying experiences Zachary Townsend is absolutely one of the most knowledgeable, experienced, and professional car sellers I have ever dealt with. Regardless of how man Zachary Townsend is absolutely one of the most knowledgeable, experienced, and professional car sellers I have ever dealt with. Regardless of how many questions I had regarding the car, other cars, other dealers, or whatever it was, he would give me a honest opinion or a technical answer 'for dummies"-- something rarely found in today's car sales business. Not only this, but we had come into the dealership at least 3 times within a span of 2-3 weeks before we finally purchased a car. Zachary had no problem understanding our indecisiveness, and gave us our space. I spoke to another dealership, which managed to email me, call me, text me at least 5 times each within a period of 3 days. Annoying, very annoying. I deeply appreciate the pressureless buying, and their willingness to help us purchase a car that fit us when we had decided finally regardless of how many times it took us to decide. Overall, Zachary's professional honesty is what lead us to their dealership, and to purchase from him. If anybody else wishes to purchase a Honda, I would recommend Zachary Townsend 110% as well as the dealership. More

We felt that the sales team took us seriously and worked with us until we came to an agreement. We considered buying a car through another dealership but the service we received at Kuni sealed the deal. Our only complaint is that the whole process took a loooong time but in the end we are very happy with our new car so it was worth it. Thank you Lauren! More
