No hurry with paperwork, so it gave us the chance to read through everything efficiently, while allowing space to ask questions if needed. Evan stayed with us every step of the way, while also allowing for extra time (We came in close to closing time unfortunately) after the store closed. We didn't want to take advantage of the situation, but everyone was quite patient with us none the less. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, as well as people. Everything was to the point. Had a great time in the last process speaking with Lilly. She is wonderful! Kept us awake with her great humor and great personality. All involved were wonderful to work with. However I had previously been talking to Cassandra on the telephone. I spoke with her the following day on the phone.and I was pleasantly pleased with the service she gave me. Because of her friendliness and helpfulness I returned two days later to make a purchase. I then was helped by Lauren Hayes. She was genuinely happy to help us with that purchase. Lauren spent three hours with us explaining every detail of the process. She stayed well after her time to go home to explain the details and features of the CRV. Recent easy and efficient purchase We had recently gone through a hail storm and were in the market for a newer Acura. Upon review of many cars throughout the Colorado front range we d We had recently gone through a hail storm and were in the market for a newer Acura. Upon review of many cars throughout the Colorado front range we decided to visit Kuni Honda fairly late on a Wednesday night barley making the 7:30 cut off to test drive vehicles. As we were coming up from Colorado Springs we needed to make our time and visit count. The car we had identified seemed to fit all of the criteria that we were looking for and we decided fairly quickly that we would purchase it. Kurt Wolffrum was not the original person we were going to meet but he jumped right in when we arrived and begin showing us what we were there to see. Throughout the process the team was great even thought there was no real bargaining with the sticker price (the vehicle really was priced fairly). Jeff and Jesse were also very easy, professional and efficient simply laying out the options and letting us decide. Kurt stayed well past the end of his shift to finalize the deal and sent us on our way at the end of a fairly painless process when it was all said and done. We would recommend Kuni Honda and look forward to having the car detailed in the near future! More
