Mark was straightforward and honest and got us into the perfect car for us. He even admitted when he pulled up tue first car we wanted to test drive that it wasn't quite as stellar as we were hoping. If you go to Kuni, ask for Mark and tell him George and Brandy sent you! More

The negotiation was efficient and to my satisfaction, and the paperwork and administration was minimal. This was my 2nd used car purchase at Kuni, who I went back to for their selection, price and speed of processing. More

NEVER AGAIN The last 2 months since I purchased my car have been an absolute nightmare. My now husband and I went to Kuni to purchase a car for myself- our sales The last 2 months since I purchased my car have been an absolute nightmare. My now husband and I went to Kuni to purchase a car for myself- our sales person Georgina was fabulous- honest, patient, easy to talk to and kind. After we left her hands then went on to financing with Bernard, the nightmare began. First, he was extremely pushy with the add-ons and extended warranties, which we expected as with any other dealership, but after a hour of being made uncomfortable and repeatedly saying no, Bernard finally backs off. He got extremely aggressive, slamming paperwork around and his demeanor was disgustingly rude. It was late, we were tired, and wanted to get out of there so we didn't ask for a manager. Sign our paperwork, make arrangements to bring our trade-in with title and down-payment in the next morning. I get in the car and head to show my in-laws the car. When my in-laws get into the backseat, my father-in-law sits on a razor blade left in the back seat. Thankfully he wasn't injured, he disposed of the blade, and we went home. The next day we go back to the dealership with our trade-in, title, and down payment in hand first thing in the morning. We sign the title over, hand them the check and go on our way. 2 weeks later, Bernard calls me back to the dealership to correct an error on the bill of sale that he made when typing up the order. I cooperatively left work early (I am compensated on a hourly basis), go back to Kuni for a 3rd time to correct the paperwork. Was made to wait 15 minutes for him to get things ready though he knew I would be there at a specific time. I leave thinking things are good to go- I was terribly wrong. 2 weeks after that, the day before my wedding, my loan documents arrived- they did not show my down-payment on there (which was processed through my bank 2 weeks prior) and the monthly dues were significantly higher than what we were told because of this mistake on Kuni's part. Upset and busy I tried calling twice, sitting on the sidelines of my pre-wedding luncheon, trying to figure it out while guests waited for me, then my husband tried calling because I never got a call back hours later. 4 days later we still hadn't heard anything after another call and message. Finally I call again the next day (5 days after the initial call for this matter) and I get the finance manager on the phone, who basically accuses me of not giving them my down payment (I had him on speaker so my husband could hear) and that for him to do anything I needed to provide proof that the check was processed. I drive back to Kuni to give them the statement from the bank showing the check was processed, receive no apologies, am told they will figure it out and get back to me, and am sent away. It is a week and a half later and Kuni never called to follow-up so I reach out to them to follow-up to find the issue had finally been resolved a month and a half after purchasing the vehicle. Then after thinking this terrible experience has been resolved, I go to register my vehicle, wait the usual hour and a half at the DMV, to be told Kuni never sent the title information to the state/county. I leave fuming after wasting my time I could've been working, call Kuni to be connected to Linda in the title department. She said that they, Kuni, messed up entering the odometer on the car I purchased and I needed to come back in to sign a new bill of sale. I arrange to come by first thing in the morning, sign the new paperwork and am ensured that they would walk it through Friday so I could pay to register my car on Monday the 16th, the day my temporary tags are up. I am also promised a call the next day with the title number- that call never came. Giving them the benefit of the doubt (big mistake) I figure it was a busy Friday and would wait for a call Monday morning. Never got a call this morning so I call Linda to see what's going on- she tells me there was another mistake with the title and that they were doing it today but that I would get a call back with the title number. At 1:45 pm I finally got a call with the title number, am told I can go register my car so I leave work early, again, to wait at the DMV for a hour and a half. Get to the window, and low and behold- the title number hasn't been processed yet and I still haven't been able to fully register my car. I paid to have my temporary tags extended and am told I have to come back and try agin for a 3rd time- all because of Kuni Honda. This has been the worst experience- EVER!!!!! Not once have I been offered anything for this major I convince- not even an apology for anyone!!! I have told all of my family, friends, coworkers and connections on social media to NEVER purchase a car or have anything to do with Kuni Honda. I wish I would've walked out after Bernard's behavior and taken my business elsewhere. Kuni Honda has ZERO respect for their customers as individuals, their lives, their work, or their time. I've never, ever been driven to the point of seeking out and writing a review such as this, but that is how angry and disappointed I am. I am also in the process of taking this experience to the Better Business Bureau- Kuni shouldn't get away with treating me or any other customer like this. To future shoppers- your best interest is to skip this dealership and take your purchase somewhere else. More
GREAT EXPERIENCE. SUPER PERSONAL. VERY UPFRONT! So I let my 17 year old daughter take the helm, all the while guarding her like a lion cub, but I didn't need to, and hardly said a word. We felt we So I let my 17 year old daughter take the helm, all the while guarding her like a lion cub, but I didn't need to, and hardly said a word. We felt we were treated like family from the minute we walked in the door to the minute we left. After 5 months of active searching for her perfect and very specific car (and she and I know the market for that car as well as anyone who has done hundreds of hours of searching and test driving ONE make/model), which included multiple drives, too many calls to remember, internet searches in a 250 mile radius, craigslist, edmunds, CR, Autotrader, rental car sales, etc., and every dealership in the Rocky Mountain region (AZ, UT, NV, and WY included), we found a nice car that was competitively priced, and she was ready for more warfare, which I supported, and which we discovered, here at least, was not needed - at Kuni. Ralph, Sam, and Brandon were exceptionally personable and professional and felt like family, but the car and the price won the day, which should not take away from their above-and-beyond professionalism and honesty. I'm nearing 50, in a profession that has less than zero tolerance for BS, and have never recommended a dealership to anyone ever. Today, for the first time in my life, I feel that I can recommend a dealership without reservation - Kuni Honda - but make sure that you ask for Ralph Benfanti, Sam Johnson, and Brandon. More
A little insight needed Ever gone to the dealership and told your wife, "Honey today you get to make the decisions"?. If you have then you probably will understand how I went Ever gone to the dealership and told your wife, "Honey today you get to make the decisions"?. If you have then you probably will understand how I went from having a 303 horsepower mountain busting, snow crushing, massive, and some would say manly SUV to Smurfette (A Blue Honda Insight)... However I couldn't be happier and thank Mark for having the patience to work with her and I to make sure we found her car. I'll miss the SUV, but in the end "a happy wife makes for a happy life" (Plus I'll have a little gas money for the truck!) Thanks Mark for taking the time to help us find the right car! Much appreciated. The Millers More

Having driven several other cars, I was in month 3 of research mode. I was seamlessly greeted by Monty who had a particular passion for the MDX. It was also very helpful that he could speak to the merits of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, the other vehicle I was considering. During the test drive, I was blown away by the vehicle and quickly asked for a slight detour so that my wife could drive the car. She too was blown away by the vehicle. Monty did an awesome job of handling all of our questions. The most difficult part of the entire experience was getting the car off the lot because it was parked closest to Arapahoe behind 2 other vehicles which needed to first be moved. Again, I thought Monty handled this with grace and did an awesome job of not letting this get in the way of the car buying experience. Bottom line, I had a great purchase experience, felt like I got a great price, and I would highly recommend visiting Monty for a car buying experience. More
