Kuni Honda was a great experience I shopped around for lots of different cars and I finally narrowed the search to a Honda Accord. So, there was this rabbit . . . Because of a rabbit, we have a new Honda CRV. You see, the rabbit chewed through the fuel line on our Honda Ridgeline and when we drifted into Kuni H Because of a rabbit, we have a new Honda CRV. You see, the rabbit chewed through the fuel line on our Honda Ridgeline and when we drifted into Kuni Honda to get it repaired, we had a few minutes to kill waiting on our ride home so we started just looking. I now understand "lead me not unto temptation". That new car smell is like no other. So, long story short, this is the third vehicle we have purchased from Kuni Honda. Each and every experience has been wonderful. All of our sales people have been wonderful, but Monty Ewing was exceptional, displaying a professionalism and concern for his customers that was beyond any we have ever experienced. He worked with us to ensure that we had the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. There are not enough good things to say about our experience with Monty. Overall, we have always been pleased with every aspect of Kuni-Honda. Not only the sales experience but after the sale when it comes time for service. We have always been confident that they were interested and happy to take care of whatever issue we presented but also that they were did not try to "up sell" us to do more than was necessary. We are always stumped about buying an extended warranty. It's a great thing to have but we haven't every had to use it. Hondas just go and go and go. There are Honda dealers closer to where we live but you just can't beat the service at Kuni Honda. As retirees, this is likely the last car we will buy, however, I can assure you that if we do need another one, it will come from Kuni Honda. More

He took the time to talk to service mechanics to see that all questions were answered and personally checked all of the options. He even brought a DVD to demonstrate one of the features. We couldn't complete our paperwork as we had some family obligations and Monty scheduled everything for us so we had no stress. He was always pleasant and considerate. He helped me to choose the car that best fit my needs and took my family and I on a test drive of the CR-V. He was extremely helpful and took the time to show where all of the important things were in the car. I wasn't able to sign for the car that day so he helped me reschedule the multiple times when things came up and I couldn't make appointments. He stepped us through all of the paperwork and made me feel welcomed and not rushed into any decision. And through the multiple times I came to the dealership he was easy to talk with and made the new experience less frightening and very enjoyable. More

The additional coverage package I purchased guarantees I will have the car long after it is paid off. Their Free for Life program is a very nice, unexpected bonus. I received a lot of information during my transaction, but Wes did a great job making sure I knew everything I needed to know.
