Mark was waiting in the building right when entered. He listened to what I was looking for in a car and to which cars I was thinking about. He helped me to choose the car that best fit my needs and took my family and I on a test drive of the CR-V. He was extremely helpful and took the time to show where all of the important things were in the car. I wasn't able to sign for the car that day so he helped me reschedule the multiple times when things came up and I couldn't make appointments. He stepped us through all of the paperwork and made me feel welcomed and not rushed into any decision. And through the multiple times I came to the dealership he was easy to talk with and made the new experience less frightening and very enjoyable. More
