Buyer Beware We saw a Toyota Prius 4 (used) advertised on the Kuni Honda on Arapahoe web site on 5/16/14. Kuni Honda was advertising a Prius 4 with these specific We saw a Toyota Prius 4 (used) advertised on the Kuni Honda on Arapahoe web site on 5/16/14. Kuni Honda was advertising a Prius 4 with these specific features we were looking for: low miles, desired price range, color, leather interior, heated front seats, garage door transmitter, auto dimming rearview mirror & more. When I visited the dealership and test drove the car, I identified the car perhaps did not have leather interior as advertised. We pointed this concern out to the sales rep who was sure that the interior was leather after he conferred with other Kuni team members. We purchased the car anyway and later that day discovered the car was missing some features that were in the ad. Leather interior, dimming rearview mirror, heated front seats, garage door opener. I went to the Toyota dealership that sold the car originally, pulled the original inquiry report on that car, and discovered the car was a Prius 3 not a Prius 4 as advertised. I went back to Kuni and brought up the errors in the ad to members of Kuni management. Kuni Management cited a disclaimer in the ad which they feel absolves them from "errors or omissions contained on these pages" of the ad. Kuni disclosed they use a third party for their internet ads. I asked Kuni to honor the ad and give me the leather I was told was in this car. Kuni declined & offered instead to install leather in the car and charge me their cost. I declined their offer. I take full responsibility for trusting the facts about the car ad even though they were not accurate! Kuni Honda on Arapahoe has a good performance record with many satisfied customers. Their on line ad we saw was this day thou was not accurate. The sales rep was not as knowledgable as he could have been about that used car which is understandable so my feedback to others is: Buyer beware! A reputable dealer like Kuni should reevaluate the company doing the internet ads & do a better job checking for accuracy before publishing on the web. More

I just want to say that I had a VERY positive experience with both Lauren Hayes (product presenter) and Jeff Cox (floor sales director) at Kuni Honda. From the get go I felt that Lauren wanted to get a feel for where I was coming from and what I wanted. I was looking for a GOOD used Honda CRV and unlike other dealers Lauren sincerely wanted to know my financial comfort zone. No hard sell to buy new which was my experience at other dealerships I visited. Jeff Cox was a very calm presence and I just felt that they both were in it to see that I got what I wanted. AND I DID. I already knew that I wanted a Honda CRV. Visually I knew the color, the interior, mileage, and condition. They were able to meet all my criteria..beyond what I imagined. I left there saying, "I am sooo happy." I highly recommend a visit to Kuni Honda if you are looking for a car. And I will recommend Kuni to any of my friends that are looking. Refused to service my car After making an appointment to get my car serviced here (since I bought my car here and had wonderful service then) I was refused service. A week prior to my appointment, I called, told them I bought my car here, have a warranty that says I can only get it serviced here, and made an appointment for Sunday morning. When I brought my car in, I was rudely refused service because I have a warranty and can't bring it in on weekends. It would have been nice to have been told this before driving down from Fort Collins. After speaking with the Guest Relations Training Manager I would bring my car back here again. I have been reassured that this type of experience will not occur again. I have also spoken with other customer service representatives and have faith that I will have good service in the future. More

A tough sell when you're young enough to be my kid! The van was nicely presented, the sell was not high-pressure but I was still aware that Kuni wanted my business. I enjoyed the personal attention and felt like all my questions and concerns were dealt with in a timely manner. Chris Squires was an excellent sales manager who ushered us through the sales process efficiently and with respect. We will be back again. Thank you, Kuni! More
