In Geberal - It was nice to buy a car here I liked a deal I had in Kuni Honda. I liked very much a Product Presenter I worked with, nice guy. There are 2 unpositive moments: a finance guy, and I liked a deal I had in Kuni Honda. I liked very much a Product Presenter I worked with, nice guy. Great Cars, Great Prices and Excellent customer service!!! We've been looking around for a used car and wanted (preferably) a Honda or Toyota small SUV. After visiting a number of other dealers, We ended up one day at Kuni. We walked out with a 2011 Honda CRV SE that had low miles and was very well maintained. Zach (Townsend) helped us through the process - We saw and drove almost 6-8 cars at Kuni until we found the right one for the right price. Zach was extremely helpful and understood our needs, budgets etc. He worked with us all day through the whole search process. Thank you so much Zach. We are very very happy with our purchase. :=) The only thing I wasnt so sure was about the extended warranty that I was offered and bought. It wasnt the right one (per my budget and cost vs value) - so we talked to Kuni about it within a week and they gave us our cancellation form as requested and the refund should arrive in mail within 4 weeks - No questions asked other than the general reasoning!! Great service, Great cars, Great deals and most importantly Great People @ Kuni honda. Thank you for helping us. Although the Fiat was not a vehicle Lauren was experienced with, she was extremely thorough in accompanying me on the test drive of that vehicle and another I was looking at. I later discovered that Lauren was relatively new to the dealership, but I would not have guessed it, as she was so professional and knowledgeable.
