As a single woman I was very skeptical and extremely concerned I would be sent down the byers remorse path. On the contrary, Kuni knew exactly who to pair me up with and I am forever grateful. I feel like my best friend, my guardian angel, and my personal protector are all wrapped up in one person, Georgina Smith. She never left me hanging, she spent her time juggling between me and who knows how many others, but NEVER did I feel I wasn't her top priority. My concern became her concern immediately and she would do everything possible to make everything I wanted happen. Ok I guess she gets the Fairy Godmother title as well. It wasn't an easy process, simply because my expectations were so sky high, and my reality had changed since my divorce. My Georgina didn't give up, and in the end I have the car I wanted, the financing I needed, and more important I have a renewed faith in dealerships. I have no intention of letting anyone else touch my new car in the future. Kuni has won my trust and I sincerely believe they will take care of me and my car, just as Georgina would expect them to. When I came in the next day to get my new car Georgina, who was supposed to be off, was there waiting for me to make sure everything went smoothly. She took time to set up my phone (Bluetooth) with the car, and several other options that probably would have had me baffled. She Stayed with me until I felt comfortable. I ask you, where do you find this kind of person these days? You definitely will have a new perception about a car dealership after leaving Kuni. You will be pleasantly surprised. Georgina is the BEST, but they hire excellence, so I believe all there staff is authentic ! Service department is another big plus. Took my car in for all the extras today.
