We had gone to about a dozen dealerships before buying at Kuni, and none of them were as willing to work with our precise requirements as the sales people we interacted with here (primarily Tonia). I think it helps that they have such a huge selection, but other dealerships were trying to show us all sorts of cars we didn't want, with expensive features we didn't need, but Tonia only showed us cars that fit our needs exactly. It was really refreshing. More

I wish we had been able to deal with Tom exclusively. Once we knew what car we wanted, we then had to work with other salespeople to negotiate a price, and work out details of the loan. At this point, there were too many people involved, and the process got confusing and inefficient. I would have much preferred to work with one person through the whole process.
