Dear uk0083 Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to address your Sales concern. We take great care when our guests come to preview a certain vehicle they are interested in to show the car (walking around, inspecting the vehicle) before taking take a test drive to demonstrate the features, advantages and benefits of the car. On Pre-Owned cars, hail damage is considered part of the vehicles “Life Experience”. Once returning from the test drive the discussion of moving forward to purchase the vehicle is offered. When all is agreed on, the sale is made. The vehicle you purchased was priced based on the condition of the vehicle and, you were happy with the price. Had we spent money prior to resolve the hail damage that reconditioning cost would also reflect in the price of the car and, that vehicle then would not have met your budget criteria. We offered to share in the cost of resolving the hail damage as well as, trade you out of that vehicle however neither option was agreeable to you. We respect your right to decline our offers.
