I went to this dealership looking for a very reliable fuel efficient vehicle. With lower miles and that fits my budget. Zachary Townsend helped me. He worked with me diligently to find what would fit perfectly with me. He demonstrated a high level of patience as I was very picky and demanding as a customer. He also brought a heightened level of car knowledge to the table and was very resourceful using his phone to find cars on the lot with a tracker app and use of google to look up model MPG specs. My overall experience with the dealership was stronger than any other dealership I have ever worked with in the past. I would definitely recommend and will be looking to shop with them in the future. That's where Georgina Smith comes in - She helped us from start to finish in finding the right Pilot, test driving two of them, and getting the right one for us. The Product Presenter I worked with, Steven Duffey, was very helpful and prompt with his answers to my many questions, and his sales manager, Chris, was accommodating and courteous. Together they worked with me to give me 'the deal' I felt good about. I also found the paperwork part of the purchase to be quick, easy, and professional. We went to Kuni-Honda looking for a used but reliable vehicle. We had already found the car online that we were interested in. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were greeted with smiles and were assisted by Ben Gergurich. He showed us the car that we were interested in and answered our questions. If he did not know the answer, he was honest and informed us who would know the information. As we told Ben exactly what we were looking for, he did not once to try to push us in any other direction or try to sell us a brand new car. Ben was friendly, accommodating, informative and was a pleasure to work with. So far we love the car, thank you Ben! More
I purchased a used car 2008 Civic yesterday 03/25 and took the delivery of the car today 03/26. The car had hail damage all over the body but I wasn't able to notice on a clear sky sunny day, when I tes took the delivery of the car today 03/26. The car had hail damage all over the body but I wasn't able to notice on a clear sky sunny day, when I test drove. I noticed the damage while I was taking the delivery and when I brought this to the notice of the sales department, they said it is my car and I bought as-is. But why wasn't the damage disclosed to me? I had asked for the maintenance report and was told that everything has been checked fine. I was also told the price had taken the hail damage into consideration, which is not true as the car was priced as a normal car of that year and make would be. I requested them to consider my situation and either share the cost of repairing the damage or cancel my purchase and let me take another car as it had been less than 24 hrs since I'd bought the car. But they said that they can consider it as a trade-in and I'll get a trade-in price only. Other option that I got is that I get the damage fixed in their body shop, but when I asked for an estimate, it turned out to be thousands. Most of the dealers have an exchange policy if the buyer doesn't like in the first couple of days, but they refused to consider. I also made a request to waive-off the dealer fee if I purchase another car and they said that they are very fair and they'll see what they can do. But when I got the price sheet, none of the fees were adjusted. Most dealers fix any dents before they sell a used car. My friend had a similar issue with a car that he bought from Rausch dealer, where he noticed an issue with the care a couple weeks later. The dealer considered the full value of the car and also waived-off the dealer fee. He also had bought his car as-is and the dealer had no obligation to do that. I went to Kuni honda by the reputation and with the thought that I'll have peace of mind by purchasing from a reputed dealer. Least I could expect is that they disclose all the known issues with the car before selling it. If they don't, then what is the point of buying from a dealer and not a private party. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Kuni Honda and would never buy from them again and would never recommend anyone else. More
