Sold me a 2017 civic during the winter with a faulty air conditioning system That I didn’t realize wasn’t working properly until summer hit. This AC is a new system that no other place on the planet other t conditioning system That I didn’t realize wasn’t working properly until summer hit. This AC is a new system that no other place on the planet other than the dealership that has the machine to work on it. And it costs me $500 just to recharge it. That is 5 times the amount it costs to recharge any other car ac system in any other car than a Honda. This is a scam produced by Honda to take more money from you after the sale. Stay clear of the new Honda!!! Buy literally any other brand of vehicle! More
Sales was average. ALWAYS something an issue with service. Bought my new 2018 Honda FIT SPORT here. Scott was fine, average, quick, little b.s. and got me on my way quickly. Every other time in the dealersh Bought my new 2018 Honda FIT SPORT here. Scott was fine, average, quick, little b.s. and got me on my way quickly. Every other time in the dealership since my purchase in passing he walks right past me nothing said, not even a hello. Have taken the car here for all oil changes except 1. and all warranty work, plus a few minor repairs of my own doing. I bring my car to the Honda dealership and expect to pay a little more. I also expect that it will be done correctly every time. There always seems to be something with the service department. once I left and they didnt put 2 valve stem caps back on the wheels. twice the tire pressures were all different. once they didnt put the dipstick back in all the way and oil went all over a 2 month old engine. they offered a free oil change, I explained I just want it done correctly. One time I got all a call a few days after service asking for $100 since they forgot to collect a deductable. recenty took me car in for an oil change and tranny flush. asked them to check the check engine light. turns out it needed all kinds of stuff (under warranty) they set me up with a rental. parts came in 3 days except for the catalytic converter, which took 6. i came back on day 7 and it took the service writer 2 hours to complete my paperwork even though I told him I would be in at 7am on the dot to pick up my car. Days later the service writer called me asking for 4 days of rental car fees to pay enterprise. I explained enterprise took down my credit card they can bill me or contact me. he said since enterprise billed Kuni, I would have to pay the dealership to pay Enterprise. This is the last contact I made or will make with Kuni. I will be going to Schomp or Planet Honda and give them my business. More

paid for oil change and tire rotation that was never done Took my 2016 Honda Pilot in for an oil change and tire rotation on my Friday off from work. I marked on my tires their location (i.e rf right front, rr right rear ect.) so I could keep track of the rotation pattern to keep it consistent for the next time. The next day being Saturday, went out to look our vehicles over and log the rotation pattern and noted they did not rotate the passenger side, only the driver side front to back and back to front. That took me by surprise that it was not done. I then checked all the engine fluids and oil. The oil was low at the bottom of the hash marks and was dirty. I thought I looked at it wrong, so I cleaned the dipstick, put it back in and checked it again. Same thing, bottom of the hash marks and dirty. I went back to the dealer right then and talked to Joe, ASST Service Manager. He agreed to give me a refund and service the car (I declined the service) and while he was getting my refund, the technician, Ethan, walked by so I asked him about it. He said he doesn't always rotate the tires if the wear looks even. I asked the the service advisor if he had heard of that or if that was right(since that's what I asked for) and he admitted he has never heard of that either. After I received my refund, I purchased an oil and filter and did it myself. Sure enough the oil I drained was black as coal and never done by the dealer. I took a picture of the old and new oil side by side to compare and emailed it to their customer relations who I have just spoken to. This is fraud, deceit and the most unethical blatant experience I can remember ever having. I was offered free services, a senior technician to do them and a guarantee it was an isolated incident. I will never go back for service or anything else, free or not. I am sure it is not isolated, Ethan just tried to pull a fast one on someone who pays attention and he got caught. For the sake of people who still use their services, hopefully he will not be working there anymore. For pictures of the dirty oil not changed by the dealer look up the review on yelp. More
Terrible Dealership/Terrible Customer Service So what a terrible dealership. We purchased the 2014 Honda CRV for our daughter. Just a day after taking the car home, it began losing air in a tire So what a terrible dealership. We purchased the 2014 Honda CRV for our daughter. Just a day after taking the car home, it began losing air in a tire. We brought it back it and after waiting for 2 hours, they claimed they couldn't find anything wrong. The next day the tire was flat and so we took it to Discount Tire who found the problem and fixed it immediately. We waited for weeks for the title to be sent to the Summit County clerk where we lived. It never arrived. After we contacted the dealership, they blamed it on the County losing the paperwork. The county did some research and learned that Kuni had sent the paperwork to Elbert County and had sent the other owner's paperwork to Summit County. Kuni apologized and promised us a free oil change, but when we made an appointment for our oil change after our daughter returned home (after graduating college), we were told there was a change of management and they could find no record of the problems or their promise of the free oil change. Just what kind of customer service is this. We contacted the customer service representative who then suggested we have our car serviced elsewhere. We are happy to do this, as this company is just a bunch of incompetent liars. More
Dismal Manager Performance We purchased our Element at Kuni Honda on Arapahoe new in 2005. We only used Kuni's service department for all maintenance & repairs for the past 11 y We purchased our Element at Kuni Honda on Arapahoe new in 2005. We only used Kuni's service department for all maintenance & repairs for the past 11 years! As such we expected a high level of fairness and treatment by dealership employees. After our simple oil change turned into a lengthy oil gasket change out we left the car accepting the use of a Kuni loaner car while they completed work on our car. Late the same afternoon we received a call saying the work was completed, however it was to late for us to make it back to pick up our car. The following morning around 9 am my wife paid $860 to pick up our car. Upon arriving home our car reeked with the odor of burnt oil and the car was filthy. I called the Kuni Honda dealership asking to speak to the dealership manager; I was told only an operations manager was available but he didn't pick up the phone so I was forced to leave a message. In my message I explained I was calling with a complaint and it was inconvenient to be forced to leave messages just to play phone tag. While I was working later that morning I was disturbed by a call from a restricted number. I almost didn't answer the call because once working it's hard for me to refocus once disturbed. Thinking it was a business call from Washington D.C. because of the restricted number I answered the call. As it turned out it was Kuni Honda's operation manager calling me back on a restricted number from the dealership. I attempted to explain to this not so gentleman our frustration with our car smelling of burnt oil and car being filthy. I asked why the car wasn't washed and some of the oil cleaned up that would've prevented the burnt oil smell. He went on to tell me that the car wasn't washed because it was to cold out and the burnt smell results when oil spills. With as much patience as I could muster I attempted to explain to this "Manager" that customers who continue coming back over 11 years and who just spend $860 should be listened to and in most respectable businesses returning customers are always right; or should at least be treated that way. I couldn't complete my thought or finish with my complaint when this not so "Gentleman" went OFF hollering and telling me he didn't appreciate me leaving............. That's when I hung up the phone because I didn't pay to hear a manager raising his voice to me; I paid for a service I didn't receive. I immediately called the dealership manager, Brian, leaving him a message asking him to return my call upon his return. I have yet to receive a call back from the dealership manager. I had a simple concern; I wanted to discuss my concern with a dealership manager who should have been trained to handle simple complaints diplomatically. Unfortunately, this operations manager called yelling, bullying me and telling me what he didn't like. Sorry Mr. Manager, but I'm the customer and as long as I the customer don't yell or use profanity I'm permitted to be dissatisfied and voice my dissatisfaction or at least I should have been permitted too. I vote with my hard earned US dollars and there are many other auto repair facilities and Honda dealerships that would like me to spend my money with them. I will be calling Honda USA customer service @ 1-800-999-1009 to follow up with my complaint about you and your apparent lack of customer service training. I would like to share with the owner of Kuni Honda dealership I was very dissatisfied with your operations manager; dissatisfied with your dealership manager who couldn't be bothered to call me back and attempt to salvage our business relationship. I look forward to hearing what Honda USA will have to say to me. It can't be worse than how I've already been treated. More

My insurance agreed to pay the the supplemental claim within days and paid them directly. It now has been over 4 business weeks since the claim was paid/approved by my insurance directly to them for a 40 hour work estimate and still no car or confirmation of a completion date. I will never give them any of my business again and would not reccomend them to anyone. I have not recieved any ongoing status of repairs after the supplemental claim was approved nor an updated completion date. unhappy customer. More
