Clean bill of health on my transmission was a lie Took my car back here since I had had work done here before and had body work done with them recently as well. Asked for someone to look it over, heard some noises after hitting a bump. Left it there all day - when they called and gave me the $300.00 estimate I was excited! An hour later they called back to say that was someone else's estimate mine was actually $3000.00+. Very unprofessional. Also asked them to check out the transmission, upon pick up the service tech said they did a diagnosis and it was fine and my issue was a power issue, I needed to have the spark plugs changed, a tranny flush and replace battery plus few other items unrelated to the transmission. The transmission wasn't documented on the paperwork, but the service tech was rushing me out the door and he assured me the transmission was clear. I ended up having the work done but someplace else after another issue transpired with the body work they had done. After the work was complete the transmission issue didn't resolve, I had to take it to another hybrid transmission specialist which I found out from the transmission was toast. The car wouldn't even make it 10 miles to my house, I had to have it towed. After I just put all that work into the car now I need a new transmission (cost exceeds the value of vehicle) even after Kuni said they gave the transmission a clean bill of health. Had I been able to make an informed choice, I wouldn't have put additional monies into a car that had an expensive transmission on it's last leg but again, Kuni took that informed choice away from me when they said they diagnosed the transmission as good. I contacted Kuni, they said they never looked at the transmission but could've gifted it through Honda but since I didn't spend the money on ALL my repairs with them, even though my car had body work done there recently they just couldn't help me. However they did tell me that had I spent more money with them, they might have been able to stand behind the false information that their service tech gave out. Otherwise they were taking the stance that they feel he didn't say anything about the transmission. More

She was polite, technically competent and extremely helpful. Her due care attitude reaffirmed my belief in Kuni Honda's Excellent Service operation. In my view, Ms. Zumbach is an asset to Kuni Honda of Arapahoe. More

I drove up this morning not knowing if my car will make it because my engine light was on and she saw my stressful face and the first thing she said to me is "don't worry, we will have a rental car for you to take today while we figure out what is wrong with your car". all in all it was a great experience! Came in to get an oil change on my 2008 Honda Pilot. Saw that Kuni was having a Sale on the recently damaged cars that were caught in a Hail storm ,an Came in to get an oil change on my 2008 Honda Pilot. Saw that Kuni was having a Sale on the recently damaged cars that were caught in a Hail storm ,and we walked out with a new 2014 CRV! We have been doing business with Kuni Honda Since our purchase of our 2008 Pilot. We felt that we got a great deal then and have been servicing with them ever since. It's nice to see a dealership that treats you write when you come in to look for a new car and understands the value of having an excellent maintenance service for bring them continued business in the future! For those of you that are hesitant about buying a hail damaged vehicle, Kuni Honda is offering a great reduction on the damaged cars, They have also contracted with a company to fix the hail damage and make your car like new on the exterior for a very reasonable price that still leaves you with a good over all discount on your purchase. I can't say enough about TimPerry (the manager of the bodyshop ) and how he took care of us, all in all it was a great experience! More
Superb Service from Roger Frank in service Department I own 2011 Honda CRV Special Edition. Current miles 17,800. After i bought new CRV in February of 2011 from Planet Honda in Illinois, There was proble I own 2011 Honda CRV Special Edition. Current miles 17,800. After i bought new CRV in February of 2011 from Planet Honda in Illinois, There was problem with Steering. & Dealer replaced steering rack under warranty. In october 2013 we moved to Colorado so CRV is in Colorado. I had oil changed & Differential oil changed & other service performed at Kuni Honda on March 2014. There was oil dripping on driver so took in for service. I thought Oil dripping from the service they performed.Roger Frank was able get in right a way for service & check thing out. From diagnostic they found oil was leaking from power steering. Since 36 month passed CRV was out of warranty but because of low miles & previously there was issue with power steering system, Roger Frank & his service manager said they will contact Honda for help in fixing problem. They said repair can be run in excess of $ 1500. Roger Frank and his manager went extra miles to providing me a loaner and contacted Honda for helping me in this repair. Roger & his manager were able to get help from Honda in fixing problem with no charge to me. I call this a superb service from Roger Frank & his manager at Kuni Honda. I thank you Kuni Honda as well as Roger Frank and his manger and Honda retained a loyal customer. I will take my CRV for service at KUNI HONDA only and see Roger Frank in future. Keep up good work Kuni Honda specifically Roger Frank and his manager(Sorry i did not catch his name) Thanks again for all you help & great service. Natu Patel More
Incredible Service Center! For starters I called to get a quote on the timing belt/water pump service. I was put in touch with Chelsee who gave me the initial quote. I advised her of a coupon a different dealership had for the same service at a lower price. She was very gracious and stated she would match the lower price and perform all the same services with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. This was HUGE for me as Kuni was very close to work and the other dealership entailed an hour drive each way. upon arriving at the dealership I was greated instantly by a service technician who was very knowledgeable, walked me through the process, and advised me of an outstanding recall service (new fuel pump) that needed to be perfomed. Throughout the day Chelsee called me to advise me of checks that had been done and of additional issues that were located. I accepted service on a couple but passed on others that I could do myself. Chelsee did not pressure me at all into taking all services and was very upfront and honest about the parts and labor costs as well as to what should be replaced quickly and what could wait. When I picked up the vehicle not only was it done ahead of time but the final amount due was lower than what Chelsee had initally quoted me. In addition to that she was able to locate parts diagrams that will help with the services I can perform myself. Chelsee made what normally is a stressful, expensive experience a very comfortable and painless one. Included in the service was a free tire rotation, 25 point inspection and the car was washed and vacuumed. Kuni has won a customer for life and I highly recommend Chelsee and the Kuni Honda service department. More

A week prior to my appointment, I called, told them I bought my car here, have a warranty that says I can only get it serviced here, and made an appointment for Sunday morning. When I brought my car in, I was rudely refused service because I have a warranty and can't bring it in on weekends. It would have been nice to have been told this before driving down from Fort Collins. After speaking with the Guest Relations Training Manager I would bring my car back here again. I have been reassured that this type of experience will not occur again. I have also spoken with other customer service representatives and have faith that I will have good service in the future. More

Roberta is wonderful and follows through. Corey on the other hand, doesn't seem to understand customer service. We left the vehicle with him and was told it would be ready the next day around 4pm. We went back, no having received a call, and the car was not ready. Not even close. The tech called in sick. We talked with Roberta the next day as Corey was out. She explained what was happening to us and followed through with us when the vehicle was finished. Corey just said he was working with the bosses to make sure that the car was repaired. Same issue with the Tint package we bought. Corey doesn't follow through and call when it's done or when it's going to be late. Roberta brings them up to good from Bad. If we had dealt with her and not Corey, it would be Great. More
