I have been buying new Honda's at Holmes Honda since 1972. Our present family car is a 2009 Honda Pilot which we love but I want to talk about my Honda Ridgeline. I am presently on my 3rd Ridgeline and couldn't be happier. I had always driven a Ford F-150 but when Honda came out with the Ridgeline I was first inline to purchase one. The Ridgeline rides so much smoother and quieter than my F-150. The trunk was a first and it is so handy. My wife and I can go shoping and hide our purchases without anyone knowing. It is also great for hauling my tools during the week. Our experience at Holmes Honda has always been a pleasant one. The staff is friendly and the dealership is always clean and the amenities that are offered during your wait are great from the computers to work on are the Ice Cream that is offered. Next month I plan to purchase a Honda Element SC and then we will be a three truck Honda family. More
Mark Johnson, the GM, was able to get me set up on a lease program for a new 2010 Accord Coupe. I probably would not have been approved elsewhere for such a low rate. The car I wanted was located and delivered to the dealership in 2 days. The sales presentation by Mr. McCullin was excellent and answered all of my questions about the car. The entire staff seamed to be more knowledgeable than the other Honda dealers that I had been to, who couldn't answer simple questions that every Honda salesman should be able to answer if they were good at their jobs, or cared even a little. I highly recommend Holmes Honda! More
The service advisors I have dealt with at Holmes have always been very courteous and have explained everything that was needed to be done and what the cost would be. They always explained the importance of why it needed to be done if that was necessary. The waiting area is always clean and they have whatever refreshment you might want while waiting for you vehicle. The one thing that they might consider is if there was a small office cubicle nearby where they could take you to discuss what needs to be done other than what already has been discussed. Something where they have a computer and can bring up on the screen a better description of what needs to be done and visually shows why a particuar problem needs to be done. More
